Driver EducationMany company vehicles are on the road all day, every day, in the city and regional areas. As representatives of your business, drivers of company motor vehicles are also representatives of your brand and reputation. You have a responsibility to ensure that your staff travel safely and optimise motor vehicle operating expenses.RACQ’s Drive Assist team are able to develop course programs tailored to your business and driver needs. Courses include an e-Learning option to help your staff keep pace with current trends in road safety, and to be aware of their own responsibilities towards safe driving and the road environment around them.

Who can benefit?• Corporate fleet owners who want to reduce the risk of

vehicle incidents and reduce operating costs. • Companies and businesses that realise and accept their

workplace responsibilities to their drivers

Driver Education CoursesRACQ Drive Assist conducts nationally accredited and non-accredited courses either at RACQ or RACQ’s approved training facilities. So whether you are a new or experienced driver, private or professional, if you are looking for a sensible balance in safe driving knowledge and confidence, an RACQ Drive Assist course will help you achieve your goals.

Driver Education ProgramsDriving involves a combination of the individual’s knowledge and skills, the vehicle and the management of the environment around them. It is important for any business to ensure that their staff are using effective techniques and have a sensible attitude towards driving more safely in everyday situations. These courses aim to instil positive driving behaviours and a responsible attitude towards other road users.

E-Learning ProgramInteractive e-learning driver training packages provide the first step in driver development within the workplace. Incorporated into your standard staff induction program

or as part of long term training compliance requirement, participants can remotely access and navigate through the training at their own pace and at a time that suits your business needs.

4WD Driving CoursesToo often people are injured and vehicles damaged as a result of inexperience or lack of appreciation of potential hazards when using a 4WD or AWD vehicle. Various courses are available for staff to be trained for extreme terrain and recovery situations or simply, off road and regional driving conditions not necessarily requiring engaging low range.

Driver Safety Awareness WorkshopsWhether you are introducing a safe driving culture within your organisation, refreshing safe driving techniques or promoting acceptable driving behaviours these workshops aim to increase knowledge, identify safe driving techniques and assist with the implementation of acceptable driving behaviours in everyday situations.
