PROFESSIONAL PROFILE

I am a young dynamic Interior Architect with 3 years’ experience who aims

at producing work that is of a high and professional standard. I achieve this

by being detail orientated, creative, hardworking and I enjoy problem

solving any new challenge that presents itself. My passion is the field of

design specifically aimed at Interior Design and Architecture. In regard to

these I enjoy a vast array of fields such as residential, hospitality,

commercial and corporate design. My goal is to find enterprising design

solutions in these fields where I am able to work and contribute with in a

reputable Interior Design and Architecture firm.

May 2015- May 2016 Preforming as an Interior Architect in a firm of Architects where I was

responsible for design projects from briefing to completion. I gained diverse

experience ranging from 3D Design, professional rendering, construction

drawings, bespoke design, graphic design, presentations and mood boards as

well as sourcing materials from suppliers. I was responsible for interior design

tenders which were approved and went to site.

I was able to complete various projects in various areas of Interior Architecture

such as hospitality, commercial, corporate and residential design. Working

alongside architects I was able to gain experience and a better understanding

of architectural practice and processes.

With regard to my experience in VH+S Architects I was involved in:

Designing Interiors as well as Architectural Design from concept to

completion. Following briefs and budget constraints.

Produced 3D Renders using the software Sketch up-Pro with plugin

rendering program V-Ray which I am proficient in operating.

Editing renders and graphic design images using Photoshop, In

Design, Corel Draw X7 and Filter Forge.

Complete detailed construction drawings for bespoke furniture fittings,

architectural and structural details using Auto-Cad 2014.

Other construction drawings completed were master site plans, town

planning site layouts, calculation of G.L.A’s, F.A.R, Coverage, area,

schedules, zoning and sourcing property information from council.

This was completed for property development such as estates and

council town housing. (working with x-refs in Auto-Cad)

Sourcing materials for construction and the costing’s as well as

putting sample mood boards together for presentations to clients.

I would communicate with clients, contractors and suppliers with

regard to project management responsibilities such as on site

construction. Completed working with directors.

To deliver a full turnkey service I would complete all graphic design

requirements for projects including signage design and construction

details.

where I gained experience in liaising with clients and being able to go from a

briefing to developing concept and completion of projects. These projects
