MULTI · PRESS è il nuovo sistema di raccordi a pressare multipinza disponibile in una gamma completa di figure per

tubi dal diametro 16/2 al diametro 63/4.5.

Studiata, testata e garantita per essere utilizzata indifferentemente con 5 profili di pinzatura diversi, B, TH, H, F

e U, per essere utilizzata con tubo multistrato o PEX, per essere utilizzata in impianti di riscaldamento e sanitari e per

l’elevato numero di figure – combinazioni esistenti, la linea di raccordi a pressare Multi · Press garantisce all’utilizzatore

SISTEMA MULTI . PRESSINSTALLAZIONE DEI RACCORDI A PRESSARE

Taglio

Tagliare il tubo multistrato usando una cesoia che eviti l’ovalizzazione del tubo prestando attenzione che il taglio sia

perpendicolare all’asse del tubo. Utilizzare le apposite cesoie AR 11 o AR12 o AR13 o AR 14.

Calibratura e svasatura

L’operazione di calibratura determina il corretto diametro interno del tubo mentre l’operazione di svasatura permette

di creare uno smusso all’estremità del tubo che evita lo spostamento delle guarnizioni o-rings dalla loro sede nella

fase di inserimento del tubo. Se durante l’inserimento del raccordo si incontra una resistenza eccessiva significa che

le operazioni di calibratura e svasatura non sono state eseguite correttamente perciò in questo caso l’inserimento del

raccordo nel tubo va evitato e bisogna ripetere le operazioni di calibratura, svasatura, e lubrificare gli o-rings con acqua

o lubrificante siliconico.

È assolutamente vietato lubrificare gli o-rings con oli o grassi base minerale: la mescola EPDM è compatibile solo

con lubrificanti a base siliconica.

Eseguire la calibratura e la svasatura del tubo tagliato tramite l’attrezzo AR 01: per tubi di diametro 16/2, 18/2, 20/2,

26/3, e 32/3 utilizzare il codice 500406, il codice 500407 per tubi di diametro 40/3,5, il codice 500408 per tubi di

diametro 50/4, il codice 500409 per tubi di diametro 63/4,5 o il kit completo di calibratori AR 02 (codice 501797)

Inserimento del raccordo a pressare

Inserire il raccordo nel tubo fino al punto di fermo. La corretta profondità dell’inserimento è visibile dalle apposite aper-

ture sull’anello in plastica arancio (vedi fig. 1).

Pressatrice elettrica

L’operazione della pressatura viene eseguita con l’apposita pressatrice elettrica AR 14, pressatrice a batteria AR 15

o pressatrice manuale AR 16

Pinze

La serie è composta da pinze in acciaio speciale con la possibilità di scelta del profilo di pinzatura:

AR 10B, AR 10F, AR 10H, AR 10TH, AR 10U. Il raccordo Multi · Press è infatti garantito per l’utilizzo delle pinze B, H

TH, F e U.

Pressatura

Una volta inserita e bloccata la pinza nell’apposita pressatrice, aprire le ganasce della pinza ed inserire il raccordo da

pressare avendo cura che l’anello in plastica venga inserito nella gola di riferimento all’interno delle stesse per le pinze

con profilo B e TH, o avendo cura che la pinza vada in battuta sull’anello in plastica nel caso delle pinze F, H e U e quindi

mettere in funzione la pressatrice.

Il corretto posizionamento del tubo nel raccordo e del raccordo stesso nelle pinze sono indispensabili per il regolare

funzionamento del sistema.

N.B. Per un corretto utilizzo della pressatrice consultare le istruzioni d’uso della stessa.

MULTI . PRESS SYSTEMINSTALLING THE PRESS FITTINGS

Cutting

Cut the multilayer pipe using a shear that does not squash the pipe and make sure that the cut is perpendicular to

the pipe axis. Use the correct shears, type AR 11, AR12, AR13 or AR14

Calibration and countersink

Use the article AR 01 for pipes with a diameter of 16/2, 20/2, 26/3, 32/3, the article AR 02 for pipes with a diameter

of 40/3,5 the article AR 03 for pipes with a diameter of 50/4 and the article AR 04 for pipes with a diameter of 63/4,5

to calibrate and chamfer the cut pipe: this operation permit to have the right internal diameter of the pipe and to

prevent any movement of the o-ring gaskets from their housing when the pipe is inserted. If there is great resistance

when inserting the fitting, this means that calibration and countersinking were not carried out correctly. In this case

do not insist. Calibration and countersinking operations must be repeated, as well as lubricating with water or with the

silicon based lubricant.

The rubber parts must never be lubricated with mineral oils or greases; the EPDM mix is compatible only with silico-

ne-based lubricants.

Execute the pipe calibration and countersinking with article AR01: use code 500406 for pipes with diameter

16/2, 18/2, 20/2, 26/3 and 32/3, code 500407 for pipes with diameter 40/3,5, code 500408 for pipes with diameter

50/4 and code 500409 for pipes with diameter 63/4,5 or the complete calibrators kit article AR 02 (code 501797).

Inserting the press-fitting

Insert the fitting in the pipe up to the stop point. The correct depth can be seen by the appropriate openings on the

orange plastic ring (fig. 1).

Electric press

Pressing is made with the electric press article AR 14, the battery-operated press article AR 15 or the manually ope-

rated press article AR 16.

Clamps

The series consists in special steel clamps with a customised pressing profile: AR 10B, AR 10F, AR 10H, AR 10 TH,

AR 10U. In fact the Multi · Press fitting is guaranteed for the use of clamps B, H, TH, F an U.

Pressing

When the clamp is fitted and fixed in the proper press, open the jaws and insert the fitting to be pressed, making sure

that the guide collar of the plastic ring is inserted in their internal reference groove for clamps with profile B and TH

as shown in drawing or making sure that the clamp fits close on the plastic ring in case of clamps F, H and U. Then

use the press. The correct positioning of the pipe on the fitting and also the fitting on the clamps is essential for the

correct system functioning.

For correct use of the press, consult the relative instructions for use.

SYSTÈME MULTI · PRESS INSTALLATION DES RACCORDS A PRESSER

Coupe

Découper le tube multicouches en utilisant une cisaille qui évite l’ovalisation du tube en faisant attention à ce que la

coupe soit perpendiculaire à l’axe du tube. Utiliser les cisailleuses prévues à cet effet AR 11 ou AR 12 ou AR 13 ou

AR 14.

Calibrage et évasement

Procéder au calibrage et à l’évasement du tube taillé préalablement avec l’outillage AR 01 pour les tubes de diamètre

16/2, 20/2, 26/3 et 32/3, l’outillage AR 02 pour les tubes de diamètre 40/3,5, l’outillage AR 03 pour les tubes de

diamètre 50/4 et l’outillage AR 04 pour les tubes de diamètre 63/4,5: l’opération de calibrage détermine le dia-mètre

interne correct du tube alors que l’opération d’évasement permet de créer un biaisement à l’extrémité du tube afin

d’éviter le déplacement du joint torique de leur siège lors de la phase d’insertion du tube.Si au cours de l’introduction

du raccord on rencontre une résistance excessive, cela signifie que les opérations de calibrage et d’évasement n’ont

pas été exécutées correctement; dans ce cas, il faut éviter d’introduire le raccord dans le tube et il faut refaire les

opérations de calibrage, d’évasement et lubrifier les joints toriques avec de l’eau ou avec le lubrifiant silicone.

Il est absolument interdit de lubrifier les joints toriques avec des huiles ou des graisses à base minérale: le mélange

EPDM n’est compatible qu’avec des lubrifiants à base silicone.

Exécuter le calibrage et l’ évasement du tube coupé par l‘intermédiaire de l’ outil AR 01: pour les tubes avec diamètre

de 16/2, 18/2, 20/2, 26/3 e 32/3 utiliser le code 500406, le code 500407 pour les tubes de diamètre 40/3,5, le code

500408 pour les tubes de diamètre 50/4, le code 500409 pour les tubes de diamètre 63/4,5 ou le kit complet de

jaugeurs AR 02 (codice 501797).

Introduction du raccord à presser

Introduire le raccord dans le tube jusqu’au point d’arrêt. La profondeur correcte d’introduction est visible à travers les

ouvertures prévues à cet effet sur l’anneau en plastique orange (fig. 1).

Machine à presser électrique

L’opération de pressage est réalisée par la presse électrique prévue à cet effet AR 14, par la presse à batterie AR 15

ou par la presse manuelle AR 16.

Pinces

La série est composée de pinces en acier spécial avec la possibilité de choix du profil d’ agrafage: AR 10B, AR 10F,

AR 10H, AR 10TH, AR 10U. Le raccord Multi · Press, en effet, est garanti pour l’utilisation des pinces B, H, TH, F e U.

Le pressage

Une fois que la pince a été insérée et bloquée dans la presse prévue à cet effet, ouvrir les mâchoires de la pince et

insérer le raccord à presser en vérifiant que l’anneau en plastique soit inséré dans la gorge de référence à l’intérieur

des mâchoires pour ce qui concerne les pinces avec profil B et TH, ou en vérifiant que la pince aille en feuillure sur

l’anneau en plastique pour ce qui concerne les pinces F, H, et U et enfin mettre en fonction la presse. Le positionne-

ment correct du tube dans le raccord et du raccord même dans les pinces est indispensable pour le fonctionnement

régulier du système.

N.B. Pour utiliser correctement la machine à presser, consulter les instructions d’utilisation relatives.

Rohr Kalibrierung und Kanten entgraten

Rohr Kalibrierung, und Kanten entgraten. Zum Schutz der O Ringe auf den Fittingen ist es notwendig mit Hilfe des

Kalibrierers die zu verwendeten Rohre zu behandeln. Für Rohre der Dimension 16/2 20/2 26/3 und 32/3 ist AR 01 zu

verwenden. Für Rohre der Dimension 40/3,5 ist AR 02 zu verwenden. Für 50/4 ist AR 03 zu verwenden. Für 63/4,5

ist AR 04. Die Kalibrierung rundet das zumeist ovale Rohr. Im gleichen Arbeitsgang werden bei den Rohren die Kanten

entgratet. Dadurch wird eine Beschädigung der O Ringe ausgeschlossen. Der Einsatz der AR ist je nach Rohrtyp,

zwingend vorgeschrieben. Falls der Widerstand beim Einsetzen des Verbinders zu stark ist, wurden Rohr Kalibrierung

und Kanten-Entgraten nicht korrekt ausgeführt, in diesem Fall sollte das Einsetzen des Verbinders vermieden und

die Rohr Kalibrierung und Kanten-Entgraten nochmals wiederholt werden, danach die O-Ringe mit Wasser oder dem

Silikonschmierstoff bestreichen.

Es ist absolut zu vermeiden, die O-Ringe mit Ölen oder Mineralschmierstoffen zu schmieren. Die EPDM-Mischung ist

nur mit Schmierstoffen auf Silikonbasis in Verbindung zu bringen.

Für Röhre der Dimension 16/2,18/2,20/2,26/3 und 32/3 ist Art-Nummer 500406 zu verwenden, für Röhre der

Dimension 40/3,5 ist Art-Nummer 500407 zu verwenden und für Röhre der Dimension 63/4,5 ist Art-Nummer

500409 oder das Kalibriersatz AR 05 (Art-Nummer 501797) zu verwenden.

Einsetzen des Pressverbinders

Den Verbinder bis zum Anhaltepunkt in das Rohr schieben. Die korrekte Einsatztiefe ist an den Öffnungen am

Kunststoffring sichtbar. Orange (Abbildung 1.).

Pressmaschine

Die Pressung wird mit einer eigens dafür bestimmten elektrischen Pressmaschine AR 14 oder mit der batteriebetrie-

benen Pressmaschine AR 15 oder mit Handbetrieben Presse AR 16 ausgeführt.

Pressbacken

Die Serie besteht aus Backen aus Spezialstahl mit personalisierter Presskontur: AR10B, AR 10F, AR10H, AR 10TH,

AR 10U. Multi · Press Verbinder ist für die Verwendung der Pressbacken B, H, TH, F und U versichert.

Pressen

Die Pressbacken in die eigens dazu bestimmten Pressmaschine einsetzen und absperren. Die Backen öffnen und den

Verbinder einsetzen, darauf achten, dass der Führungsbund des Kunstofforinges für Pressbacken mit Presskontur

B und TH in die dafür vorgesehenen Rillen im Inneren derselben passen, wie in der Abbildung 2. Für die Pressbacken

F, H und U darauf achten, dass die Pressbacken gegen den Kunstoffring schlägt. Dann die Presse in Betrieb setzen.

Die korrekte Positionierung des Rohres am Verbinder und des Verbinders an den Backen ist unerlässlich für einen

problemlosen Betrieb des Systems.

RACCORDERIA A STRINGERE

USO CORRETTO DELLA RACCORDERIA A STRINGERE

Per evitare inconvenienti, che potrebbero risultare molto onerosi, derivanti da un montaggio non corretto, si consiglia

di seguire queste brevi istruzioni:

1. Montare gli elementi che compongono il raccordo nell’ordine e verso indicato nelle figure.

2. Inserire il tubo con il relativo portagomma nella tasca del raccordo avendo cura che la stessa sia pulita ed evitare

di pizzicare l’o-ring di tenuta.

3. Imboccare il dado ed avvitarlo a mano fino a quando è possibile e quindi a fondo con l’apposita chiave

AC 670/AC 671.

E’ assolutamente vietato lubrificare le parti in gomma con oli o grassi a base minerale: la mescola EPDM è compatibile

solo con lubrificanti a base siliconica.

Come già precedentemente descritto, per evitare qualsiasi equivoco, si consiglia di lubrificare le parti in gomma sem-

plicemente con acqua.

Per un uso corretto della raccorderia è indispensabile seguire la tabella sotto indicata, riguardante le coppie di ser-

raggio dei dadi a seconda della tipologia di raccordo e della natura del tubo.

RACCORDS À SERRER

UTILISATION CORRECTE DES RACCORDS À SERRER

Pour éviter des inconvénients qui pourraient survenir suite à un montage non correct et qui pourraient s’avérer très

coûteux, il est conseillé de suivre les brèves instructions suivantes:

1. Monter les éléments qui composent le raccord dans l’ordre et le sens indiqués sur les dessins.

2. Introduire le tube avec le porte-caoutchouc correspondant dans la poche du raccord en faisant attention à ce que

cette dernière soit propre et éviter de pincer le joint torique d’étanchéité.

3. Faire entrer l’écrou et le visser manuellement tant que cela est possible, et à fond avec la clé AC 670/AC 671 spé-

ciale à cet effet.

Il est absolument interdit de lubrifier les pièces en caoutchouc avec des huiles ou des graisses à base minérale: le

mélange EPDM n’est compatible qu’avec des lubrifiants à base silicone.

Comme cela a déjà été indiqué précédemment, pour éviter toute sorte d’équivoque, il est conseillé de lubrifier les

pièces en caoutchouc tout simplement avec de l’eau.

Pour une utilisation correcte des raccords, il est indispensable de suivre les indications du tableau ci-dessous concer-

nant les couples de serrage des écrous selon la typologie de raccord et la nature du tube.

SCREW FITTINGS

CORRECT USE OF SCREW FITTINGS

To avoid any inconveniences that could be costly if fittings are not properly assembled, follow these brief instruc-

tions:

1. Mount the parts making up the fitting according to the order and direction indicated in the figures.

2. Insert the pipe and relative rubber seal holder in the pocket of the fitting making sure that this is clean and avoid

squashing the o-ring seal.

3. Thread on the nut and screw it by hand as far as possible, then use the appropriate AC 670/AC 671 wrench.

The rubber parts must never be lubricated with mineral oils or greases; the EPDM mix is compatible only with silicone-

based lubricants.

As stated previously, to avoid any equivocation, we recommend lubricating the rubber parts with water alone.

For correct use of the fittings, observe the following table for the tightening torque of the nuts according to the type

of connection and nature of the pipe.

Um unter Umständen sehr teure Fehler aufgrund einer falschen Montage zu vermeiden, empfehlen wir, die folgenden

kurzen Anweisungen zu befolgen:

1. Die Verbindungselemente in der Reihenfolge und Richtung montieren, wie sie in den Zeichnungen dargestellt

sind.

2. Das Rohr mit dem entsprechenden Gummihalter innen der Verschraubung einführen und dabei darauf achten, dass

diese sauber ist und dass die-O-Ring nicht beschädigt wird.

3. Die Mutter einsetzen und soweit wie möglich mit der Hand festziehen. Dann bis zum Ende mit dem hierfür vorge-

sehenen Schlüssel AC 670/AC 671 anziehen.

Es ist unter allen Umständen verboten, die Gummiteile mit Ölen oder Fetten auf Mineralbasis zu schmieren, denn die

EPDM-Mischung eignet sich nur für Schmiermittel auf Siliconbasis.

Um Missverständnisse zu vermeiden, empfehlen wir, die Gummiteile wie bereits beschrieben einfach mit Wasser zu

schmieren.

Für eine korrekte Verwendung der Schraubverbinder muss in jedem Fall die unten angeführte Tabelle beachtet werden,

in der die Anziehdrehmomente der Muttern entsprechend der Verbindungsart und dem Rohrtyp aufgeführt sind.

RACCORDERIA DI BASE

La raccorderia tradizionale per tubi di rame, polietilene e multistrato, in genere chiamata a stringere (con dado e ogiva

elastica), è stata concepita in maniera identica a quella delle valvole.

Esistono quindi degli elementi di base con le figure e filettature tradizionali, gomiti, t, intermedi, ecc… che presentano gli

stessi terminali delle valvole:

• filettatura maschio metrica M24x1.5 detto M24,

• filettatura maschio G3/4 detto EUROKONUS o EK.

Le figure con filettatura EK possono montare tutti i raccordi a stringere della serie 4000, quelle con filettatura M24 la

serie 400.

BASIC FITTINGS

Traditional fittings for copper, polyethylene and multilayer pipes, generally called screw fittings (with nut and flexible ogive),

have been conceived identically to the valves.

Therefore there are some basic elements with the traditional shapes and threads, elbows, tees, intermediate pieces, etc…

with the same terminals as the valves:

• metric male thread M24x1.5 called M24,

• male thread G3/4 known as EUROKONUS or EK.

Shapes with an EK thread can be assembled with all the screw fittings in the 4000 series, while those with a M24 thread

are used for the series 400.

RACCORDEMENT DE BASE

Les pièces pour les raccordements traditionnels pour les tubes en cuivre, polyéthylène et multicouches, en général

appelés à serrer (avec écrou et ogive élastique), ont été conçus de façon identique à celle des vannes.

Il existe donc des éléments de base avec les formes et les filetages traditionnels, coudes, Tés, pièces intermédiaires, etc…

qui présentent les mêmes parties terminales que les vannes:

• filetage mâle métrique M24x1.5 appelé M24,

• filetage mâle G3/4 appelé EUROKONUS ou EK.

Les formes avec le filetage EK peuvent monter tous les raccords à serrer de la série 4000, celles avec le filetage M24 la

série 400.

GRUNDVERBINDER

Die traditionellen Verbinder für Kupfer-, Polyethylen- und Verbundrohre, allgemein Schraubverbinder genannt (mit Mutter

und elastischem Klemmring), wurde auf dieselbe Weise wie unsere Ventile entworfen.

Es gibt also Grundelemente mit den traditionellen Formen und Gewinden, Winkel-, T-, Zwischenstücken usw., die diesel-

ben Endstücke der Ventile haben:

• metrisches AG-Gewinde M24 X 1.5, M24 genannt

• AG-Gewinde G3/4, EUROKONUS oder EK genannt

Die Formen mit EK-Gewinde eignen sich für alle Schraubverbinder der Serie 4000, die mit M24-Gewinde die der Serie

400.

RACCORDERIA PER LA DISTRIBUZIONE SOTTOTRACCIA

L’impiego massiccio del tubo in polietilene reticolato ha reso necessaria l’introduzione nell’impiantistica di alcuni accor-

gimenti che potessero minimizzare gli inconvenienti derivati dall’utilizzo di questo tipo di tubo. Uno dei difetti principali

infatti è l’elevato ritorno elastico che determina una certa difficoltà ad ottenere attacchi alle pareti per la rubinetteria

sanitaria e valvole per radiatori.

Senza l’ausilio di raccorderia specifica il risultato estetico di queste derivazioni risulta alquanto discutibile anche con

l’impiego di mostrine copritubo. L’uso delle scatole di derivazione idraulica (in analogia con gli impianti elettrici domestici)

semplifica enormemente l’utilizzo del tubo in polietilene, offrendo inoltre un risultato estetico ineguagliabile. Le scatole

di derivazione, con la loro dima, presentano interassi fissi per gli attacchi di apparecchi sanitari e la possibilità di scegliere

la profondità di fissaggio dei raccordi nella parete a seconda dello spessore del rivestimento previsto. Nel caso di utilizzo

per le derivazioni ai corpi scaldanti, l’impiego delle prolunghe cromate RR702 e delle mostrine AGE06/07 conferiscono

un aspetto sicuramente gradevole alla derivazione (non più muri screpolati, tubi inclinati, radiatori penzolanti). Le scatole

di derivazione consentono l’aggraffatura della guaina (sempre consigliata per i problemi di dilatazione termica), formando

con essa un elemento unico che permette in caso di necessità di sfilare il tubo stesso e sostituirlo con uno nuovo senza

nessuna rottura della parete. Tutte le dime in ferro zincato a caldo sono frazionabili nel caso di utilizzo singolo. Le scatole

SS1711 sono accoppiabili tra loro attraverso due guide scanalate per ottenere un interasse minimo di 38 mm per l’utilizzo

nel riscaldamento con le valvole monotubo ed i distributori a 3 e 4 vie. La dima di corredo consente di ottenere interassi

di 38, 50, 100, 153mm che possono soddisfare tutte le esigenze di derivazione sia nel riscaldamento che nel sanitario.

Le scatole con raccordo a 105° SS1730 - SS1735 sono dotate di tappo in gomma a tenuta che isola la scatola stessa

Le filettature delle derivazioni M24 e EUROKONUS consentono l’utilizzo di tutta la raccorderia per tubi in polietilene, mul-

tistrato e anche rame. Con l’impiego di questi ultimi due tipi di tubo naturalmente si perde la possibilità di sfilare il tubo a

causa della sua maggiore rigidità, ma tutte le altre caratteristiche di impianto eseguito a regola d’arte ed esteticamente

pregevole rimangono inalterate.

FITTINGS FOR UNDERCARPET DISTRIBUTING SYSTEMS

The massive use of cross-linked polyethylene pipe has made it necessary to make some additions to the system to

minimise the inconveniences caused by use of this type of pipe. One of the main set-backs is, in fact, its high elasticity

which makes it quite difficult to make wall connections for sanitary fittings and radiator valves. Without the aid of specific

fittings, the aesthetic result of these derivations is questionable even when using pipe cover plates. Use of polyethylene

pipe is greatly simplified by utilising hydraulic derivation boxes (in the same way as for domestic electric appliances) which

also give a matchless aesthetic appearance.

These derivation boxes, with their templates, provide fixed distances for the connections of sanitary fittings and the pos-

sibility of choosing the depth at which the fittings are attached within the wall according to the thickness of the covering

foreseen. When the derivations are destined to heating bodies, the use of the chrome-plated extensions RR702 and

AGE06/07 plates definitely give the derivation a better appearance (no more flaking walls, sloping pipes, hanging radia-

tors). The derivation boxes allow sheath seams to be crimped (always recommended for problems of heat expansion),

forming a single element that, when necessary, permits the pipe to be extracted and replaced with a new one without

having to break the wall. All the hot-galvanised iron templates can be divided when used singly. The SS1711 boxes can be

united using two channelled guides to obtain a minimum distance of 38mm for heating purposes with single-pipe valves

and 3- and 4-way distributors. The template supplied can be used for distances of 38, 50, 100, 153 mm to satisfy all

derivation needs both for heating and for sanitary appliances. SS1730 - SS1735 boxes with 105° fittings are provided

with a rubber sealing plug to isolate the box itself from the circuit. If the fitting drips, the loss can immediately be found

in the box itself and does not protract along the sheath.

The M24 and EUROKONUS threads on the derivations make it possible to use all the fittings for polyethylene, multilayer

and copper pipes. When using these last two types of pipe obviously the pipe cannot be extracted because of its greater

rigidity, but all the other workmanlike characteristics of the system are maintained as well as their attractive appearan-

ce.

RACCORDS POUR LA DISTRIBUTION À ENCASTRER

L’utilisation massive du tube en polyéthylène réticulé a rendu nécessaire l’introduction dans les installations de certaines

précautions qui pourraient minimiser les inconvénients dérivant de l’utilisation de ce type de tube. En effet, un des princi-

paux défauts est le retour élastique important qui détermine une certaine difficulté à obtenir des embouts aux murs pour

la robinetterie sanitaire et pour les vannes pour les radiateurs. Sans l’aide de raccords spécifiques, le résultat esthétique

de ces dérivations résulte assez discutable même avec l’utilisation de rosaces cache-tubes. L’utilisation des boîtes de

dérivation hydraulique (en analogie avec les installations électriques domestiques) simplifie énormément l’utilisation du

tube en polyéthylène, en offrant en plus un résultat esthétique inégalable.

Les boîtes de dérivation, avec leur platine de fixation, présentent des entraxes fixes pour les branchements des appareils

sanitaires et la possibilité de choisir la profondeur de fixation des raccords au mur selon l’épaisseur du revêtement prévu.

En cas d’utilisation pour les dérivations aux corps chauffants, l’utilisation des rallonges chromées RR702 et des ros ces

AGE06/07 confèrent sûrement un aspect agréable aux dérivations (plus de murs craquelés, de tubes inclinés, de radia-

teurs pendants). Les boîtes de dérivation permettent l’agrafage de la gaine (qui est toujours conseillée pour les problèmes

de dilatation thermique), en formant avec celle-ci un élément unique qui en cas de nécessité permet de retirer le tube

même et de le substituer avec un nouveau sans casser le mur. Toutes les platines de fixation en fer zingué à chaud peu-

vent être fractionnés en cas d’utilisation simple. Les boîtes SS1711 peuvent être accouplées entre elles à travers deux

glissières cannelées pour obtenir un entraxe minimum de 38 mm pour l’utilisation, dans le chauffage, avec les vannes

monotube et les distributeurs à 3 et 4 voies. La platine de fixation fournie permet d’obtenir des entraxes de 38, 50, 100,

153 mm qui peuvent satisfaire toutes les exigences de dérivations aussi bien en ce qui concerne le domaine du chauffage

que pour celui des installations sanitaires. Les boîtes avec le raccord à 105° SS1730 - SS1735 sont équipées de bouchon

en caoutchouc étanche qui isole la boîte même du circuit. En cas d’écoulement provenant du raccord, la fuite peut être

trouvée immédiatement dans la boîte même et elle ne se propage pas ailleurs à travers la gaine.

Les filetages des dérivations M24 et EUROKONUS permettent l’utilisation de tous les raccords pour tubes en polyéthylè-

ne, multicouches et aussi en cuivre. En utilisant ces deux derniers types de tubes, on perd naturellement la possibilité de

retirer le tube à cause de sa plus grande rigidité, mais toutes les autres caractéristiques de l’installation exécutée selon la

règle de l’art et esthétiquement agréable, restent inaltérées.

Die massive Anwendung von vernetzten Polyethylenrohren hat einige Änderungen notwendig gemacht, um die Nachteile

bei der Anwendung dieser Rohre zu reduzieren. Einer der größten Nachteil ist der hohe elastische Rücklauf, der eine gewis-

se Schwierigkeit bei den Wandanschlüssen für Sanitärarmaturen und Heizkörperventile darstellt.

Ohne die Hilfe spezifischer Verbinder ist das ästhetische Resultat dieser Ableitungen, auch durch die Anwendung von

Rohrabdeckungen, ziemlich zweifelhaft. Der Gebrauch von Dosen in Trinkwasser-Anlage (in Verbindung mit den elektri-

schen Anlagen) vereinfacht enorm die Anwendung der Polyethylenrohre und bietet außerdem eine optisch unvergleichli-

che Lösung. Die Dosen mit ihren Dosenhalterungen weisen feste Abstände für den Anschluss von Sanitärprodukte und

die Möglichkeit, die Befestigungstiefe der Verbinder in der Wand je nach vorgesehener Wandverkleidung zu wählen. Falls

die Anwendung an den Heizkörpern, geben die verchromten Verlängerungen RR702 und die Abdeckungen AGE 06/07

den Dosen sicherlich ein gelungenes Aussehen (keine gesprungenen Wände, gebogenen Rohre und schiefhängenden

Heizkörper mehr). Die Dosen erlauben eine optimale Verbindung zu dem Schutzmantel (immer ratsam aufgrund der

Probleme der thermischen Ausdehnung), indem sie ein einziges Element bilden und bei Bedarf das Ausziehen und Ersetzen

des Rohres erlauben, ohne die Wand zu beschädigen. Alle Dosenhalterungen aus warm verzinktem Eisen sind im Fall von

Einzelverwendung trennbar. Die Dosen SS 1711 können durch zwei geriefelte Führungen miteinander verbunden werden,

um bei Anwendung in Heizungsanlagen mit Einrohrventilen und 3- und 4-Wege-Anschlussventilen einen Mindestabstand

von 38 mm zu erhalten. Die Dosehalterung erlaubt Abstände von 38, 50, 100 und 153 mm, die allen Ableitungsansprüchen

in Heizungs- und Sanitäranlagen entsprechen.

Die Dosen mit Verbinder 105° SS 17 30 - SS 17 35 sind mit einem Gummidichtungsstopfen ausgestattet, der die Dose

vom Kreislauf isoliert. Bei Tropfen des Verbinders, kann der Wasserverlust sofort in der Dose selbst gefunden werden

und erweitert sich nicht durch den Mantel. Die Gewinde der Ableitungen M24 und EUROKONUS erlauben die Anwendung

aller Verbinder für Polyethylen-, Verbund- und auch Kupferrohre. Bei Anwendung der beiden letzteren ist es natürlich

nicht möglich, das Rohr herauszuziehen, da sie steifer sind, aber alle anderen Eigenschaften der Heizungsanlage und der

Ästhetik bleiben bei korrekt ausgeführter Arbeit unverändert.
