 To All DuPage Area Veterinarians:  Per the letter included in your 2017 Veterinary Packet, our Rabies Registration fees will be 

increasing effective Wednesday, February 1, 2017.  This fee structure will allow us to maintain and enhance the programs and levels of service that continue to make DCACC a model Animal Control. The full fee schedule is attached, and tag fee changes have been included below for easy reference.

 Enclosed is an updated copy of the Rabies Tag Remittance Form to be returned on a monthly basis with payment.  As always, please issue the rabies tags in numerical order, separate altered certificates from the unaltered, and return the rabies certificates in ascending numerical order.    The remittance form, along with the entire 2017 Veterinary Packet, can also be accessed via the Veterinarian Resources Site – link:
