per month. This will be revised at the end of March 2016 or formation of

RAAG HOMES ASSOCIATION, whichever is earlier

3 Maintenance charges will be payable from the date of completion and

hand over to the Investor by RAAG

3 Every Individual House and Apartment will have Building Plan Approval

from the concerned Statutory Authority

3 No commercial activity will be permitted within the township except

with prior consent of RAAG and it will be for the benefit of a majority

of owners

3 Rate quoted by RAAG is ALL INCLUSIVE. Registration charges, VAT,

Service Tax, Car Parking Fee is all included. However, if any modification is

required in standard specifications or in the internal construction or if any,

additional work is entailed at the request of Investor, then extra charge

will be payable

3 RAAG HOMES are eligible for funding by most Commercial Banks and

RAAG will assist the Investor in documentation process pertaining to the

project. Normally about 85% of the investment is funded by Banks and will

depend on credit standing of the Investor as per Bank norms. To facilitate

smooth payments, Investors will be required to send a consent letter

to the lending institution well before the payment due dates

3 Booking of RAAG HOME can be done by visiting our Office and submitting

the Application Form with all details and a payment of ` 25,000/-
