• ACKNOWLEDGEMENT, ROSTER, FINAL MOCKUP –- Each will be e-mailed for your final approval before your order will be

placed for production- Acknowledgement will have a description of your garment, Your PO#,

Our order #, Order date, Requested factory exit date, Due date (based upon UPS ground from Edison, NJ)

- Roster will have a list of player names, size and numbers- Final Mockup will be the garment we will produce- Please check each of these documents for accuracy – double checking
