1. Apply for Admission • Complete the online application:

www.QVCC.edu/admissions/apply.asp You will need an Email address and credit card to complete. If you do not have a credit card, you can download the application from the college website.

• Submit the following: high school transcript, diploma or GED and immunization records: You will not be able to register for classes unless you have submitted your immunization records. Additional information and immunization form: www.QVCC.edu/admissions/immunization.asp

2. Apply for Financial Aid

To apply you will need: a. 2015 student and parent Federal Tax return (Use

4. Advising & Registration New students are highly encouraged to meet with an advisor to select the courses appropriate for your degree and/or certificate. In both locations, advising is available on a walk-in basis.
