RE: Guidelines for Booking of Trips

Dear Charterers/Staff/Agents:

Due to the confusion and miscommunications that Ab&w staffs are getting from charterers/agents and other clients.Our company is now strictly implementing our guidelines on Booking/ confirming procedures for our Tourist/ Out of Town Trips.

Please be informed that effective November 22, 2010

Abw transport will be implementing the following:

1. First come, first serve policy.

2. A 20% reservation fee is needed before the trip is booked.

3. Four days before the start of the trip, additional 30% of the agreed price is required.

4. Before the end of the trip, the remaining 50% of the agreed amount should be paid.

5. All trips details are “Tentative” unless reservation fee’s are paid and confirmed by our Marketing Officer.

6. Accepting of deposits without validation of assessments is prohibited.

7. Only the Marketing Officer is entitled to contract Charterer/Agents/School etc.
