NOTE:

1) Our GST NO: 36AAACN8054G1ZG

2) If the equipment requires any repairs apart from the calibration, a separate quotation will be sent after

receipt and inspection of equipment at our works.

3) It is always advised to send the equipment to OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) so that any issues

relating to repairs, adjustments and calibration including preventive

Maintenance checks are done properly. As now we are an NABL Accreditated Lab, there is no need to sent

your meter to other labs for calibration.

4) Now to facilitate you, we have launched “Servicing and Calibration Window” in the website. To know the

status of your job. You can go to our website & Click on “Services” Button & again on

“Repair/Calibration Status Button”, to know the current status of your job. We are sure that, this will help

in knowing instantly on the job status which we will be updating weekly twice.

5) Equipment received will be calibrated at our Radiation Standards and Calibration Lab facility which has

been standardized by RSSD, BARC.






TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. On receiving downloading of our quotation for calibration you are requested to send Work

order /P.O and the equipment to our works, on door delivery basis.

2. Please note that when you send the equipment to our works it should be sent by any one of

modes only by Register Post Parcel or Courier or reliable can be delivered & collected by

your persons from our works, personally. We will not receive any parcel sent by Rail / Road,

etc.

3. If the equipment is of 'Nucleonix' make but obsolete model then, we may have to receive it

here, and confirmation regarding the possibility of calibration will be communicated

after we inspect it here.

4. If the equipment is not in working condition and needs repairs then same thing will be

informed, along with service charge estimate including spares & calibration charges.

5. Only on receiving approval/work order we shall take it up and complete the job & against

your approval and a “Proforma Bill” will be sent, for arranging payment.

6. Once the unit is calibrated and kept ready, it will be informed to you. It may take 8-10 working

days to complete the job (If it is sent only for calibration)

7. Payment terms: Unit will be dispatched on door delivery basis or by R.P.P / Speed Post or

Courier on receiving 100% payment in advance through RTGS or by D.D.

8. Delivery period: 10 days from the date of receipt of equipment (if equipment sent to our works

by courier/post)

9. Delivery period: 2 days from the date of receipt of equipment (if equipment is brought by

you in person to our works. In this case, please intimate us at least 3days prior to your

handover.)

10. Transit Insurance, if required by customer is to be covered by customer only. Risk coverage is

not our responsibility, both ways.
