Design of Inlet Air Silencer Compartment
Inlet Air for the compressor & air required for cooling the motor is drawn directly from outside the enclosure. This raises efficiency and improves cooling conditions. The entire enclosure and silencer compartment is padded with sound absorbing foam to lower sound levels.

Quincy Positive Closure Inlet Valve
Capable of modulation with capacity range of 20 – 100 %, which is higher than machines of similar competing lines. The wide modulation band ensures stable pressure in air supply, reduces energy consumption due to varying load changes and extends the life of the motor.
The positive closure inlet valve is able to close totally. During unload, air enters the airend from the bypass valve. If there is a sudden loss of supply power or in the event of emergency stop, the inlet valve completely closes and prevents a fluid backflow. The inlet valve operates using pressure from the reservoir and makes operation stable and reliable.

Axial Flow Inlet The directional flow inlet housing chambers the air flow towards the rotor housing in an axial direction, reducing turbulence that would cause an increase in temperature of inlet air.Drawing air into a chamber ahead of the rotors allows the full length of the rotor to be used. The result is improved efficiency by 5% to 7% over traditional radial flow designs.

Airend Shaft Seal Triple lip PTFE shaft seal assembly Outer dust seal protects the triple lip seal and forms a scavenge cavity. Scavenge cavity is linked to the inlet valve via a return line and the vacuum ensures no fluid leakage. The scavenge line is equipped with a check valve that prevents any fluid from following from the airend to the scavenge cavity when compressor is shut down.
6kV, 10kV/3P/50Hz IP23 ( ODP ) motor as standard , from renowned Chinese manufacturer。380V, 6kV, 10kV IP54 (TEFC) motors are available as options.“C” flange connected motor and airend for permanent shaft alignment. Direct drive, no belts/ gears/ coupling, hence no transmission losses. Flexible dropout coupling. Stable reliable operation.

User friendly interface with 4 language options: English, Chinese, French and Spanish In addition to the standard PLC capabilities, it can display pressure & temperature historical graphs.Multiple network sequence design and options.
Quincy patented technology lift valves to best fulfill full and part load operation. Continuous monitoring of changes in system pressure & rate of change, and using high speed PID control operation to automatically control on the no. of lift valves opening/closing. Control of system pressure to within ±0.069bar of target pressure. Contoured to sit directly against rotor raises efficiency and prevents blow-by.

Fluid/Air Separation System All new separation technology, modular multiple-separator design, that provides larger surface area for fluid/air separation.
Using centrifugal separation & gravity prior to separator, the combined effect lowers oil carryover to 3 ppm or lower.
All connecting pipework is designed to the sides of the reservoir. Separator element change can be accomplished without disconnecting any pipes. Design is ergonomic.
