    Advanced Training

Jim Rohn said, For your life to get better, you must get better. A big part of getting better is doing

the little things to build more meaningful relationships.

    Secrets of My Success

    1. Sponsored up.2. Attended every presentation and training.3. Did what was best for my distributors.4. When I found leaders, I did private In-Home Presentations and helped drive their

organizations 3 levels deep with the people on their team.

    5. Mastered inviting so no one knew anything about it until we met for 45 minutes.6. Designed and memorized the Steps to Yes.

    Success Tips

    1. This is not about selling products out of your car. This is all about building a wholesale distributionnetwork that will grow into hundreds of thousands of distributors, worldwide, consuming Jusurus

    current and future products.

    2. Be a Venture 3 Builder. It pays for their product for the first 3 months while getting started. Its thebuilding block of the entire compensation plan.3. Get to Endeavor 1 as quickly as possible. By doing this and repeating this within your first 2 or 3

months, youre app_______ $1,000 and you and your team are off and running.

    4. Inviting: The key to your success is not to go into detail unless you are meeting face to face andhave 45 minutes. Otherwise your prospect will more than likely make a decision based on an

impression vs. seeing the whole picture.

    5. All inviting for In-Home Meetings, as well as whatever requirements and expectations, are strictlybetween the host and the presenter. Its very difficult to bring a guest to a strangers home unless

he/she is picked up, the number of guests are the sole responsibility of the host. Any guest broughtby an associate are just icing on the cake.

    6. Drive teams deep one or two at a time.Youre building a dynasty. After you sponsor your first 5 or6, just develop 1 or 2 of your legs at a time 3 to 5 levels deep.

    7. Pending events create urgency: Well be meeting next ______where you can introduce this toyour best and brightest friend or colleague. . .

    8. When you ask a question; wait for your prospect to answer. Your prospect will perceive this as yourtrue interest in their opinion. Dont oversell. Its only a $179.95, plus shipping, decision.

    9. Dont answer unasked questions. Listen closely to prospects questions and paraphrase it. Answer itsuccinctly. Then ask, Does that make you more comfortable? Then go to the Steps to Yes.

10.Once you get a big positive response, stop presenting and ask your prospect, Would you like toknow the three steps to getting started? Go over the three steps and fill out an application as

    outlined in Steps to Yes.

11.Your List: Continue to add to your list so that no one person is too important. Have a warmarrogance about you. Anyone who joins will be in your gratitude.

12.Be well read and know your business, The 45 Second Presentation by Don Failla, Beach Money, MyFirst Year in Network Marketing, Rich Dad Poor Dad, etc.

13.Lead by example; be at the events, on the calls & webinars. Show your team youre serious. Theywill rarely do more than they see you doing.

14.To ensure your success, revisit Success Tips, meet weekly and never miss a training session!15.Review three-way calling. Its the fastest and most effective way to show teamwork and be a

success. If you dont know how to make a 3-way call, contact your sponsor or phone service

    provider for instructions.

16.Get your future leaders involved in Presentations, Planning Sessions and Trainings! This allows foryour leaders to emerge.

17.Sponsor, teach, and teach them to teachDuplicate these three activities and you will have createdincome that is independent of your efforts and achieve time freedom as described in The 45 Second

    Presentation by Don Failla.

18.Identify lockers who are levels below you who have talent and desire. Then duplicate yourselfwith them. By teaching them to teach others to teach. Now you have created true residual income.

19.If your sponsor is helping you sponsor a new iRep, dont interrupt him or her, just follow Steps toYes in Step 3 of the training system and be brief!

20.Maximize your check. Some prospects will ask you about your income. So plan your rankadvancement for each month and if you are close, make it happen. If it costs $350 to advance in

rank and youll receive a $300 bonus and two cases, use common sense.

21.You will be underpaid your first year, reasonably compensated your second and incredibly over-compensated as we go through Momentum. Remember, your financial dreams are as little as two

years away. Just stay connected and follow the system of duplication.

22.Our training is tried and true and offers incredible wealth. Focus, stay on track and be the bestexample.

    23.Keep your batteries charged. Stay with positive upbeat people who are making it happen.24.Dont give away samples: Some people will have results sooner than others. Be conservative;

recommend a full 3 months to assure results. Otherwise its like taking 1/3 of an aspirin and hoping

it will work. It took a long time to wear down their joints and form wrinkles; it requires a 3 month

experience. (Be conservative on product experiences; avoid 1-week wonders and stay with skin and

joint so it doesnt sound like a snake oil.)

25.This is a life changing opportunity. Treat it as though you had $399,500 investment, not $39.95!26.Webinars are very good for long distance prospects and those hard to reach but the local group

presentation is far more effective for your local prospects.

27.BioCell Collagen is patented and exclusive but dont oversell. If you go into too much detail, yourprospects may feel they have to be a scientist or a salesperson to be a distributor, which of course

they dont! Keep it simple! Focus on results that you have seen. This is another reason to attend

meetings, trainings and being on the Monday 8PM product conference calls.

28.Make sure Auto Ship is before the 21st of the month so you know well before the end of themonth what you must do to advance in rank. Do you prefer your next delivery on the 10

    thor the

    20th

?29.Ordinary income is trading time for money. Unfortunately, there are not enough hours in a day to

create wealth. This business model provides residual income: Residual income is income youll

receive month after month independent of your day to day activities.

    Value examples: $1,000/month ($12,000/year) = $240,000 at 5% interest = $12,000

    $5,000/month ($60,000/year) = $1,200,000 at 5% interest = $60,000

30.Brian Tracy wrote, We are living in a turbulent and challenging world today. And, theachievement of the success you desire will be more difficult and challenging in the months and

years ahead than it has ever been before. You need everything possible going for you if you are

going to survive and thrive in the new reality in which we live today.31.You have the best vehicle for the new reality. Its all here for you. Youre the leader of your

team and your team will be a reflection of you.

    Presenting JusuruPresentation Outline

One on one or two on one (preferred)

45 minutesPractice being a good listener.

This is to be conducted by someone on your sponsorship team for your first 3 to 5 distributors.

Then have one of your teammates join you so:

    a) you can teach them,b) your prospects will see its a team effort,c) 2 on 1 is four times as effective as a 1 on 1, andd) they will have you presenting with them to ensure their early success!

    2. Small Talk3. Interview/Survey

Personal update: (Be a good listener. Dont interrupt.)a. How long do you see the recession lasting?b. Economy: any effect on your career/business?c. What are your plans?d. Have you ever noticed that problems create opportunity?

    4. Would you be open to putting some energy into something that will thrive in this economy?5. Theres a very interesting company expanding into our market, do you mind if I use this outline so I

    dont miss anything?

    6. What would you think about having the marketing rights to something that virtually everyone needs, some desperately, and they cant get it anywhere else? (Its patented.)

    7. The Market: Frost & Sullivan AwardIf you have not heard of Frost and Sullivan. They are the largest market research firm in the world. One

of their strengths is finding emerging growth markets since its much easier to have success in a rapidly

growing market. Their research shows that because of the aging of our population, joint health will be

one of the most rapidly growing markets for decades to come. They studied all the companies and

products that are in that category: the MSMs, glucosamines, condroitins, etc. and they found one

company and one product that stood out. They presented them with their award for excellence. I ts

called Jusuru and it manufactured by GMP Labs. This is what we have and what they need are talented

people to open the ___________ market.

    8. Its not just for joint health. (Play the Fashion Team video on YouTube or your iPhone.)9. The Product: BioCell Collagena. It restores collagen and increases hyaluronic acid (HA). HA is very important since it holds 400

times its weight in water. The studies show a 60 fold increase in HA in 28 days. It fills in

wrinkles from the inside out. It also helps rebuild cartilage, alleviate joint discomfort, improve

    mobility and a lot more.

    b. The genius behind this is they have reduced the size of the molecule so it can be absorbed bythe body and works from the inside out!

    c. Everything else is a cover-up because the collagen and HA molecules are too big to penetratethe dermis of the skin. Every other product is a mask or has to be injected to work.

    (Pull out this outline.)

    d. This product is covered by patents and is rated the #1 product in its category by the #1 marketresearch firm in the world.

    e. How many people over 35 want to feel better or fill in their wrinkles and look younger?Transition: What would you think of a business model that where ever you finished June, thats where

youd start July? In other words, the product was so good that your reorder rate was so high that the

ending volume for the month becomes your beginning volume for your next month.

10.Business Modela. Show sample back office i.e. Ashleys, Barbaras, etc.b. Have you heard of Robert Kiyosaki, ofRich Dad, Poor Dadfame?. . . Have you read his new

book The Business of the 21st

Century? He states that whether we realize it or not network

marketing is the Business of the 21st century. It may well be the only way the average

American can succeed in this new economy. He states that their 5 times more likely to

make $100,000 a year doing this than working their job.

    c. He also states that one key ingredient to look for is a good team with training and support.Last month, 80% of all new distributors joining the company were from our group.

    d. Most people dont understand this model of distribution. Its not selling out of your car ortrade shows! It is a massive self consumption network i.e. buyers club of people using theproduct.

11.GMP Labs (and BioCell Technology LLC)a. A 20-year-old, multi-million dollar debt free nutritional formulator and developerb. Design and manufacture products sold at GNC, Wal-Mart, etc. (One of the biggest in the U.S.)c. Reputation for manufacturing nutritional supplements to pharmaceutical standardsd. They decided one of their formulations was too good to share.

12.Timing Charta. Momentum and Stability: When discovered by the general publicb. Pre-momentum: ...the phase with the most rapid growth is the momentum phase - which

occurs after the company has exceeded $50 million in {annual} sales. This is the moment when

exponential growth kicks in, when fortunes can be made. . .by those lucky few who got into

the company before it went into momentum.-Richard Poe, Wave 3: The New Era in Network Marketing

    c. Formulation: The current state of Jusuru.d. Its pure luck to find a company with a patented product and be on the ground floor without

risk because we have an industry leader behind us that knows the business!

    e. Talent Pool of distributors = More talent available today than ever before who need a Plan B.Do you know at least six people who have been hurt by this economy?

    f. This will grow into 100,000s of distributors as the company grows into Momentum.

Transition: On personal level, what percentage of the people you know have joint pain or would like to

fill in their wrinkles or need to make money in this economy?

    13.Go to Steps to Yes.

    In-Home/Office Meetings

Millionaires are built in living and conference rooms. The process is duplicable and effective in fast

starting your new business. Its also a big advantage to get off to a fast start and have a larger check. However, it requires a commitment from both you and your sponsor. If youre going to do something

well, why not make a little extra effort and do it exceptionally well?

Checklist Planning for the Event: Check off as you go through this.

    1. Decide when to have your events. Make sure the dates do not coincide with holidays, importantactivities or any other distraction. They should be done on consecutive weeks to create urgency

    and momentum. Dates: __________, ___________, ____________.

    2. The first people on your list should be your sponsorship team. If you cannot get strong sponsorsupport, change the dates of your events. It is imperative you have an experienced sponsor,

who can effectively present, knows the Steps to Yes and can teach them to you.

    3. Invite all on your team to bring a guest. They will appreciate being a part of the process. However, the number of guest commitments is the responsibility of the host alone as it is

difficult for others to get guests to the home of a stranger unless they pick them up!

    4. Food and Drinks: Keep it light and healthy. Its not a party! It is a business introduction.5. This must be a stand-alone event and not combined with another product, event or activity.6. Tuesdays and Thursdays tend to be the best days.7. A 7 pm start time gives guests the opportunity to finish their daily activities.8. Review your Prospect List and select a quality, cohesive group. If your group is

    a) business oriented: (This is the fastest way to grow a group i.e. a mini franchise supported by

a great product.) The best guests are successful, dissatisfied i.e. those who have had success in

the past or theyre very talented and desire their own identity and business.

    b) product oriented: the most likeable people you know who have a local center of influence.

    9. Expectations: Make sure theres a mutual agreement between you, the host, and the presenter. What is the criteria for attendees that you and the presenter will expect? Is it 5, 10, 15, or 20

    last names? Circle one.

10.Review the prospect list together and be on the same page regarding guests, i.e. successful, dissatisfied is our target market.

11.The host should be in town the week before the event so this gets their maximum attention.12.Educate existing iReps:

    a) to be concise during their introductions, just their name and background.

    b) to be brief, i.e. 15 to 30 seconds max so their comments dont sound like a commercial!

    c) to stay seated and alert during the presentation.

    d) to not ask questions because the focus is to help the guests be sponsored.

    e) that iReps, not their guests, personally fill out the applications and sponsor their guest, i.e.

Are you mostly interested in the product, business or both? Then Would you like to know

why Im really doing this? Proceed with the Steps to Yes!

    13. If you do not have enough brochures and especially Robert Kiyosakis Business of the 21stCenturyCDs to hand out, make sure you have them in time for the event.

This is for someone who has a large local center of

influence who would like to do this in a big way!

  • 8/3/2019 Quick Start Leadership Training_gggwebsite

    11/17

    Genesis Global GroupLeadership Training P a g e | 11 11/04/2011

14.Orchestrate the presentation. Pre-plan what roles the presenters will play.15.Memorize Steps to Yes! Take 10 minutes and practice!16.Have a training scheduled for all new iReps within 48 hours of the event to ensure their success

    and yours.

17.Test the technology. If you plan to use Skype or anything off your computer, make sureeverything works, including the sound, well in advance!

    Inviting for the Event:

    1. Contact your guests. Be sure to call over the phone. An email or text is too impersonal.2. Even though the presentation should be 45 minutes, if a guest asks, it will be 60-90 minutes so

they wont be looking at their watches.

    3. Start inviting 1 week before the event. If its much earlier, they may not remember.4. Practice Inviting. (Read the Inviting script to your sponsor until you are comfortable and stay on

track.) While making your calls, if you get two nos in a row, call the presenter. You are saying

too much and simply not following the script.

    5. Be brief and just create curiosity. The more information you provide the less likely your guestwill attend. Therefore, only invite over the phone, never face to face (unless you have 30minutes to make a full presentation).

    6. Over-invite, over-invite, over-invite. Unless the host has unblemished credibility, the rule ofthumb is half of a half: 20 personal invites, 10 confirmations, 5 attendees.

    7. Inviting choices:a. If the host has a track record in business or in their profession, use the Entrepreneur or

    ConniesInvitation.

    b. If there is not yet a track record for business or professional success, use one of thefollowing:

    If just starting the business:

"I am taking this amazing product and I am thinking about doing it as a business. It's nothing

you would personally be interested in; but I was hoping you would do me a favor and take a look

and let me know if you think it's something people would want."

    If already in biz:

I got involved with this company because of its amazing product. It's nothing you'd be

interested in, but I am having a launch next _Thursday_, and I was hoping you would do me a

favor and come to my house for the event. I want to know if you think it's anything anyone else

would like, and I value your opinion"

You can also tell people you are nervous about the big launch and you would simply appreciate

    their support by attending.

Or, you can ask them to critique the presentation, because if you are going to do this as a

business, you would like their help in improving the quality of your event, since this is the first

    one.

    1. Call to remind all guests the day of the event.a) Call guests who are close friends to bring something, i.e. ice so they have a responsibility to

    attend.

    b) Theres someone Id like you to meet, can you be here a few minutes before _7:15_?

    2. Make sure the seating is arranged so that everyone, especially the guests, can see the TV andare close to the presenter. A semi-circle is much better than a classroom layout. Make sure all

the seats up front are filled.

    3. Have 1-2 bottles of chilled BioCell Collagen with small cups or shot glasses for a toast.4. Have Unfair Advantage sheets with an application on the back side scattered around the room

    for everyone to have.

    5. Make sure you have Step 1 handouts for all new iReps who are sponsored that day.6. Have handouts for any guests that do not sponsor i.e. Unfair Advantage sheet, skin brochure,

joint brochure, Robert Kiyosaki CD, Frost & Sullivan Award, etc.

    7. Distractions: Make sure all kids, dogs and any distractions are addressed. Barking dogs andchildren distract from the presentation. Have one of your team members answer the phone for

someone calling for directions. At 7:15, place a sign on the door that reads: please let yourself

in. Be sure to plan for parking issues if your community has limits.

    8. (If a question comes up, ask everyone to hold their questions until the end. It is important to getthrough the presentation in a timely manner for the individuals who have to leave.)

    The In-Home/Office Presentation

(If you are using the GGG Power Point make sure you have the latest version.)

    A. Welcome:1. Cell phones off.2. Personal background of host.3. Were helping one of the premier neutraceutical companies in the US open the ________

    market.

    4. They have developed something (not product!) that virtually everyone we know needs, somedesperately and they cant get it anywhere else because its patented.

    5. We are in need of talented people to help us open and grow this and other markets in theUnited State and Canada.

    B. Introductions:1. Were putting together a group to do this and before we go into all the details, lets briefly

    introduce ourselves.

    2. Introduction of Team and guests (Be brief without a discussion of Jusuru.):Briefly, your name and what you do (and why youre famous).

    C. Product Phase:1. We have just completed a slide presentation to help us with this rollout and introduction.2. Have any of you not been significantly impacted by this recession?

Do any of us think the economy is about to turn around?

How many of us have a Plan B: something that pays you regardless of the economy?

If someone raises their hand: Its not a fair world is it? For the rest of us, wouldnt it be smart to

have something that will do well in any economy? Etc.

    3. View slides concluding with the Product Experience slide.a. Have a cross section of iRe ps share brief 30 second product experiences. (Only Lou, Fred,

Connie, Betty and Vanessa can take longer.)

    b. You must reemphasize that this is not just a cover up like every other skin care product!Note: You do not want everyone to have a product experience. If you do, the new iReps may

think they need one before they can show the product or the business and your organization

will grow as fast as molasses.

Once these are covered, do not go back to the product.

D.Business Phase: Some people join just to get the product at wholesale but theres a lot more to this.1. Host: Describe your enthusiasm and commitment to building this market and our team.2. Introduce the Second Speaker.3. Second Speaker: My background and reasons for joining.4. Key Points: This is special!

    a. For those of you that are business oriented or just need a Plan B in this economywhat would you think of a business model that had a product and business that was

so good that the reorder rate was so high that the ending volume for the month

becomes your beginning volume for your next month? That is where you finish June

is where you start in July! Show Ashley or Barbaras back office. Etc.

    b. The timing could not be better: (Go over the Unfair Advantage sheet with theapplication on the back side.) State Poes quote.

    c. Heres how this works: Were not selling products out of our cars or going to tradeshows. Were building a massive self consumption network that will grow into

100,000s of distributors worldwide into a giant buyers club.

    d. Talent Pool: There has been no other time in our country where there are so manybright, successful people looking for a way to make money. This is a Plan B, a way out

for so many people we care about.

    E. Our Team:a. Unfair advantage: It is such an unfair advantage for us to be on the ground floor of an

opportunity without the risk of a new company. The company behind it has been doing thisfor 24 years and is an industry leader. The president of this company is the founders

daughter who happens to be beautiful and brilliant, and the product was recognized as being

the #1 in its category by the #1 market research firm in the world. Sales are soaring (and the

only place thats heard about this is West Palm Beach).

    b. It has it all, but we cant do this by ourselves.c. One of(the hosts)_ favorite aspects of this is that you get to pick the people you like. This is

a team effort. We only need 3, then 5 then eventually 6 quality people to maximize the

compensation plan. Were attracting the best people. Have a cross section of iReps share onereason (15-20 seconds) they chose to do this business.

    d. (Interview the team and ask the most positive responding guests What intrigues orimpresses you the most?) We know how to do this. Our group had 80% of all the new

distributors last month and we have the first 2 distributors to reach the top level in the comp

plan. Well show you exactly how to do this. Well meet for a Planning Session within 48

hours or at another convenient time to ensure your success. Well build a team, work

together and have fun doing it. Well also be the best looking people in any business venture.

    F. Sponsoring Path (3 Steps):1. Our teams strategy is to help you sponsor your first 3 to 5 people with the understanding that

youll do the same for the people you bring on board with our help. Its a team effort. We are

going to reconvene next ______ at ______ _ at ________ and you can use this as a forum to

introduce this to your two best prospects.

    2. If you are not already involved, there are 3 Steps: 1) a one-time fee of $39.95 to have your ownwebsite, receive the product at wholesale and be paid commissions. Its like a mini franchise. 2)

we receive a monthly case (four bottles) at wholesale, for $140. This adds up to $179.95. Its a

very economical way to start a business and be healthier and look younger. 3) Planning Session:

Your sponsor will meet with you, ideally within 48 hours, and will design a game plan based on

    your goals and objectives.

    3. Just let the person who invited you know if youre more interested in being a member to get theproduct at wholesale or if youd like to join us in the business and be part of our team. Our

hosts will pass out the BioCell Collagen, will answer any questions and we will have a toast to

one another and to our success. For those of you who are just getting started, after a 10-minute

break, well have a 7 minute orientation to make sure you get off on the right foot. Thank you

    for coming.

    G. Steps to Yes: iReps go through Steps to Yes in the Training Program with each guest:a. Fill out the application.b. Go over Step 1, i.e. The New iRep Checklist.

    Follow up:

    a. Provide every guest and new iRep with a Business of the 21stCenturyCD to listen to on theirway home. (This is a great CD. Its a phenomenal belief builder and is a must for every

    prospect and new iRep.)

    b. The fortune is in the follow up! Review the page on Three-Way Calls and schedule aWelcome on Board call for all new iReps or for the guest to hear additional research on

    the product or the business.

HOW TO DO A 3-WAY CALL

(With a Prospect or new iRep)

Three-way calls are for either welcoming a new iRep on board by someone you feel theyll

respect or providing an insight to a prospect that will help them decide to join us. (This is one

of the fastest and most effective ways to grow your business.)

    1. Ask iRep questions about prospect two minutes prior to call.2. Teach distributor how to introduce you, i.e. _Toms_background ____________. Hes done a lot of research

into this product, company and this distribution technique and I wanted to introduce him to you.

    3. Listen to introduction.4. _Bob (prospect), I know that _Alan (sponsor) has a high regard for you and I understand you have had an

opportunity to look at our business; i.e., listened to a conference call, attended a Business Briefing, etc.

    (Listen for answer.)

    5. _Alan_ asked me to share my research into this with you, but before I do that, tell me a little bit aboutyourself.

    6. Listen, reflect.7. _Bob_, would you like me to share with you a little about my background and my knowledge of this?...

(Listen for and answer questions if appropriate.)

    8. Three minute review covering the points that are important to Bob:9. _Bob_, what percent of people you know either have a sore shoulder, knee, hip or just want to look better

and get rid of their wrinkles or need to add to their income? Youre right, its almost everyone. Would youlike to know what caused _Alan_ and I to do this?

10._Alan_, can you share with _Bob_ the one key thing, (that relates to Bob), that caused you to get involved?(Alan gives our one key point that relates to Bob in 15 to 30 seconds max so it doesnt sound like a

    commercial.)

11._Bob_, what do you like most about this from what youve heard? Would you like to know the two steps togetting started? . . . (Use Steps to Yes)

12._Bob_, its nice having you with us. Ill send you some follow-up tips and if I can help you with any of yourprospects with a 3-way call, like this, Ill be happy to do it.

13.(Dont get off the phone with the Prospect until all information needed to sponsor is taken. You can hang upjust before the new Distributor provides credit card information, but its best to make sure your existing

iRep gets the expiration date and CVV number and to double checks those numbers. And even more

importantly, stays on track and takes down the necessary information.)

NOTE: 1) The sponsor should thank the guest speaker for taking his or her time to be on the call.

    2) The guest speaker should compliment the guest sponsor.
