LEARN TO NAVIGATE MOBY MAX!When students first log into MobyMax, they will see this screen. It is important that you know that you can customize this screen by hiding anything you don’t want kids to access. !!!!!!!!!!!When you log into your teacher account for MobyMax at http://www.mobymax.com/signin, you will see this screen with TILES. !Click on MY SETTINGS. !
Take a minute to look at this page. This is your control panel! !Your profile and password reset is here under the PROFILE tab. !Notice the other tabs across the top, CURRICULUM, MODULES, and HIDE SUBJECTS. !
Explore the tab: CURRICULUM!This is where you can set the grade level, the score required for passing levels, and how answers will be shown to students.
Explore the tab: MODULES!This is where you can set the work time to game time ratio. !The default is 8 minutes of work to 1 minute of game time.
Explore the tab: HIDE SUBJECTS AND MODULES!This is where you can hide modules/subjects from the kid view. !!The settings here are for the WHOLE class. !If you leave subjects OPEN for the whole class here, you can then hide them for individual students that need differentiation later under the ROSTER tile.!
WHERE TO FIND HELP!Clicking in the HELP ? will bring up the page help. Very useful! !This will tell you how to use all of the features on the page you are viewing. !
REGISTER STUDENTS !!Use the HOME BUTTON (the HOUSE in the upper right in the above picture) to take you back to the first page. Choose ROSTER to enroll students and control student accounts. !
Choose BULK REGISTER STUDENTS!
Choose OPTION 2…the fastest option!
You will indicate the grade at the end of these steps.!Enroll one GRADE at a time if you have multiple grades.!List your students and follow the prompts……
….until you come to this page. !Choose grade and teacher. Then REGISTER STUDENTS and you are DONE! !
To differentiate the program for specific students and hide tiles, click on the gear icon.
Then navigate to the HIDE SUBJECTS AND MODULES tab. Click the topics or modules to which you want to limit access.
HOW STUDENTS LOG IN!You have these three options, see below. On the student registration page, look for this screen to find your unique school log in codes.
