How can WeddingWire help?The WeddingWire Facebook Page Designer makes it easy to customize and design your
Facebook page to engage your fans and promote your brand! You can:
• Design a custom cover photo using your choice of images and designer background
themes
• Show off your reviews and upcoming events right on your business page. You are also
now able to collect reviews directly from Facebook!
• Add custom tabs so your fans can easily contact you directly or schedule an
appointment

Step by Step: Facebook Page Designer
The WeddingWire Facebook Page Designer makes it easy for you to customize your
Facebook Business page in minutes! Follow these simple steps to get started.
Get Started! Set up and start sharing:Under the ‘Marketing’ tab, select ‘Facebook Page Designer’ - Note: The Facebook page you connect here will be automatically connected to your Social Media Manager tool as well.
Update your business details
• Under the ‘About’ heading, click ‘Edit your About Section’• If you don’t already have content in this section, we will pre-populate the text boxes with
information from your WeddingWire profile page
• Edit as needed, and then ‘Publish to Facebook’
Design your cover photo
• Option 1: Choose the ‘Change to Existing Cover’ button to select a previously used cover photo from the pop-up
• Option 2: Choose the ‘Design New Cover’ button
Publish custom tabs
• Select ‘Edit’ under the desired tab
• Edit the ‘Tab Name’ in the field provided
• Upload a customized ‘Tab Image’ by clicking ‘Choose File’
• Choose a tab theme by clicking ‘Change Tabs Theme’
• Select either a ‘Pattern’ or ‘Solid Color’ theme by choosing that button*Note: Your ‘Tabs Theme’ will remain consistent across all of your tabs
Book appointments
• Click the ‘Enable Appointments’ link• Customize as desired
• Click ‘Publish to Facebook’
*Note: You must have the WeddingWire Appointment Scheduler enabled
Implement a 'Like' gate
Implement a 'Like' gate by clicking the 'Yes' button and require all visitors to your Facebook business page to 'Like' you before they can access your tabs and additional content.
• Click ‘Publish to Facebook’ to activate
