Description
Schaefer crimping applicators are used in the series production of thecable processing industry.
The crimping applicator 32.100 with quick change system is made forcrimping longitudinally belted terminals with wider distances betweeneach other on wires with cross sections up to 16 mm².
This applicator is designed with an indexed rotary head forreproducible, independent crimp height adjustment of both the wireand insulation. With the optional mechanical counter, it is easy tomonitor the production run and control the wear parts.

The applicator 32.100 can be used in Schaefer crimp machines and ifdesigned accordingly also with Schaefer stripping modules.
Crimping applicators to connect wires and terminals in multipleapplications made for bench top crimp machines and also asequipment for semi or fully automated systems.
