You Need:
- 3 or 5 subject notebook
- Glue and scissors if you have some
- Your syllabus
(remember you ALWAYS need a pencil,
your planner, and your math notebook!)

Neatly tear you’re the second page of
the syllabus apart from the first page.
Pass the signed page to the front (if it’s
signed)
Interactive Notebooks
You should have NOTHING in your notebooks
except “Exponent” notes on the 5th piece of
paper.

Interactive Notebooks
Cut the Table of Contents so that it will fit onto
the front page of the notebook.
Attach the table of contents onto the front of
the notebook.

Math Notebook Table of Contents
Fill out 1-5 in your table of contents!

Cut the margins of your syllabus so that it will fit in the
notebook.
Glue your syllabus onto page 1.
Assignment #2: Information
Glue the half sheet that begins with
“Student Number” onto the BOTTOM
HALF of the 2nd page.
The top half is your Author’s Page, which
you can decorate at home.

will be sending out progressbook
logons for those of you that don’t
remember from last year.
Quick Announcement
Otherwise, if you don’t know your
Parent Access logon for
progressbook, you can come see me
before school or after school and I’ll
reset it. To look it up rather than re-
setting it ask in the MC.

Front and back of one page! (3a and 3b)
Assignment #4:
What’s Your Level? Tracking Chart
Cut the What’s Your Level? tracking chart so
that it will fit in the notebook – you should not
need to cut out any of the chart, just the
margins.
Glue the chart onto page 4 of your notebook.
