I am currently involved in creating a music magazine for the genre of indie pop, which also explores into the most prominent areas of the indie genre and the pop genre. The target audience that I am exploring is for a slightly older generation of music fans, approximately between the age ranges of 27 to 40. It will be aimed at both men and women, however unlike most music magazine on the market; females will make up the majority of the audience, for example 75% female and 25% male. Well known and successful celebrities, red, white and black colour schemes, white backgrounds and studio photography, clearly structured and understandable text, engaging cover lines.
