What do I feel I have learnt?

The preliminary magazine is much different to my main task. I have used the same model (Steve Handy) for both images but I think that my knowledge of media terminology and use of magazine making has improved.

Photography I have done photography for around

6 years now and I enjoy using my camera for college projects like this. The photography part and using programmes like Photoshop was nothing new to me however even though I never actually used Quark Express, I still had a go on it and discovered a few new things for print.

Magazine producers I have also learnt about a very well

known large company called IPC. They are one of the United Kingdom’s leading consumer magazine and digital publishers.

Before researching I hadn’t a clue about this, but after reading through an article on Wikipedia, I found out a lot about it and I decided that if my magazine was to be published… this is the company that I would use.
