Pop is a term that originally derives from an abbreviation of "popular". The genre I had selected for my magazine is “POP”. POP music is very popular in worldwide as it boast up from 1950’s, as it is extracted from ROCK and ROLL.

The term "pop song" is fi rst recorded as being used in 1926. According to Grove Music Online, the term "pop music" "originated in Britain in the mid-1950s as a description for rock and roll and the new youth music styles that it

CHOICE OF GENRE.

The Target audience for my magazine is actually teenagers and young adults rather than mature people. However they are more into this genre. Secondly they are attracted more in cover of the magazine, let focus on each component one by one.

TARGET AUDIENCE.

The main image of the cover my musicMagazine seems to be appeal ing to the youngsters by their style. The audience areusual ly copying fashion of their desired stars.

The audience are attracted by there way of cloth, Such as chino, jeans, t ies, black leather jacket,etc… Secondly, the color scheme of the magazineIs yel low, orange, green and white. I t is for teens& younger adult audience.

The Content of my magazine “Double The Trouble” and off er of a free music CD attractsYounger audience but not too young audience.It helps to identi fy my magazine.

I had keep my magazine price reasonable because It attracts the price conscious audience and my targetAudience would be wi l l ing to pay this much price.

The Color scheme for my content page is Blue Which is boys favorite color. Green, Black, White & Pink. These color are favorite to teenagers and Young adult audience.

The content is al l about music. In i t there are storiesOf stars and there surroundings. I t attracts to young Audience. There’s a catch l ine in the end of page Which says “Free Music CD Attached at the back ofthe Magazine”, which str ikes the teenage and others.

Lastly, the images which are used in the contents pageAre again appeal ing to the teenagers and the youngerAudience. They are attracted by the models and musicNews and musical instruments which fascinates theAudience.

The color scheme of this page is green,Red, blue, black & white. I t is st i l l are Teenager's color.

Lastly, the page is compel l ing to theTeenagers and young audience and theySti l l want to know about this star.
