Quest Service Partner Digital Dispatch Guide After logging into townetwork.com a new link will appear for “Queue Monitor”.

Click Queue Monitor and the Digital Dispatch Queue will appear.

If Quest digitally dispatches a tow, a cash register sound will play 3 times (cha-ching!) and the job will appear in the queue. Click Accept to accept the job.

Enter an ETA and click submit.

A copy of the service order will appear for viewing and/or printing.

The job will show approved in the queue. The approved service orders will remain in the queue for approximately 15 minutes and then will disappear.

If the ETA is greater than 60 minutes for a RS, then you need to supply a reason for extending...

To REJECT a job that appears in the queue, click Reject and select a reason.

The “response time” column that shows in the queue is the amount of time remaining to either Accept or Reject a job. If that time expires, the job is abandoned.

If the ETA entered while accepting a job is 2 times greater than the Current (default) RS ETA, the service order will be denied.

For SECONDARY service orders, the response time allowed to Accept or Reject a job is 15 minutes.

While accepting a SECONDARY service order a checkbox for acknowledging the deliver-by date must be checked.

If you wish to exit the queue monitor, a warning will appear and you must click OK to shut down the queue monitor. The queue must remain open to receive digital dispatches.
