How does Consecutive Education work?
Consecutive Education Program
This is now a FOUR-TERM (16-month) Bachelor of Education program (four consecutive terms at Queen’s only)
follows ANY four-year degree from any school
Students apply in the fourth year of their first degree
Students receive a Bachelor of Education upon completion
Consecutive and Concurrent students share three terms of this academic year (Fall/Winter/Summer 2)
WHY CONSECUTIVE?
If you don’t get accepted to Con-Ed you can still become a teacher this way!
If you want to study something that we don’t offer in Con-Ed (e.g. Kinesiology or Commerce), you must choose Consecutive
If you want to work for a while to gain life experience before becoming a teacher, Consecutive is for you!
