The Queens Coronation took place in June 1953(A newking or Queen begins to rule as soon as their succession tothe throne has been announced. But the coronation - whenthe crown is placed on the monarch's head - may nothappen until months later). The event was, for the first time

in history, broadcast on television. It was the largest publibroadcast ever to have occurred of a British event.During her coronation address, Elizabeth said to the nationI declare to you that my whole life, whether it be long orshort, shall be devoted to your service. In the 57 yearssince, shes done just that.

    IV. Personal opinion:

For me THE QUEEN is a model, because she managed tobe a queen in the real meaning of the word without

pointing out her fortune or behaving like a high and mightyperson. She combined her power, with intelligence, modesty, sincerity, charisma and managed to lead a entirenation for so many years. She is respected and loved by hepeople and untill now she managed to keep the promisewich she maid during her coronation address.
