Threaded Anchor Rods are generally used in combination of Chemical Anchoring System either by Injected System or Chemical Capsule Anchors. Threaded Rods are also known in the industry as Anchor Rods, Stud Anchors and Threaded Anchor Rods. RTR is an acronym of Ripple Threaded RodThreaded Anchor Rods are generally fully threaded along their complete length for use with Injection System of Chemical Anchors. While some Threaded Anchor Rods are also having a Chisel tipped bottom end with Hex Head and a mark of the Depth of anchorage for use with Chemical Capsule Anchors. The Threaded Rods used in conjunction with Chemical Anchoring System are subjected to Tensile, Shear, Bending Moments or Combination Loads. Also these anchors are generally subjected to a very high static and live Loads hence the Grade of the Steel plays a vital role in usage. Various grades of steel like 4.6, 5.8, 8.8, 9.8, and 10.9 which are manufactured with the Carbon Steel material whose mechanical properties meet or exceed the requirements set forth in the relevant harmonized standards. The designation system is based on two numbers e.g. 8.8 • The first number is the tensile strength of the bolt material (N/mm2)/100. • The second number is = 1/100 (the ratio of the Proof (or Yield) stress. The Anchorage strength of the threaded rod in combination with chemical anchor depends upon the grade of steel (Ultimate Tensile Strength), the bond strength & embedment (anchorage) depth.Our Standard RTR Grades 5.8 & 8.8 comes with a minimum of 5 microns White Zinc Plating (WZP). Hot Dip Galvanization (HDG) of minimum 45 microns can be supplied upon specific requirement.

Cautions• Cured polyurethane foam should be protected against UV light.• For short intervals between applications: keep can screwed onto gun.• For long intervals between applications: the gun and valve should be cleaned with the Friulsider Cleaner.• Once cured, the foam can be only be removed mechanically.• The ideal working temperature is between +20 and +25°C.• Contains isocyanates. • Keep away from sources of ignition. No smoking. • Keep out of the reach of children. Pressurized container: protect from sunlight and do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50°C. Installation• The Working surface should be free from Grease, Oil & clean• It is recommended to dampen the substrate or a mist spray of water on the substrate prior to the foam application• Shake the PUR 967 Can up & down repeatedly several times• Remove the Cap, there is a pair of disposable gloves to wear• Screw the Nozzle valve on to the Gun carefully without pressing the foam can otherwise foam will come out• Use the PUR 967 can upside down while extrusion of Foam• For substrates where water retaining structures, apply a bead of 3 cms all around the perimeter or into the gap• Complete work in 5 minutes as the foam becomes tack-free• For filling – Only partially fill the cavity. After extrusion, the foam will self expand ensuring good filling inside.• Leave the applied foam to cure for around 1.5 - 5 hours depending on the humidity• Excess cured foam can be cut - off and trimmed
