Q: When purchasing parts for Iveco Vans and Trucks, why should a customer consider using the Iveco Dealer network?

Q: Are customers limited in choice to purchasing only an Original Parts range when using an Iveco Dealer?

Not at all. Of course we have Iveco Original Parts which are the heart of our business. There are over 300,000 references in our catalogues covering every Iveco vehicle on the road today. All parts are manufactured to the very highest quality standards, with the added value of a 2 years parts and labour warranty when fitted at any of our authorised workshops*.

Customers who have older vehicles may wish to consider Iveco Reman products – a range of items such as engines, gearboxes, injectors, starters & alternators fully remanufactured to an ‘as new’ quality using the latest remanufacturing processes, ensuring optimal performance at an affordable price.

For customers of the Daily MY2006 and older, we have Iveco Value Line, a new line of popular replacement parts from the partnership between Iveco and Magneti Marelli. Choosing Value Line means opting for the best solution that combines quality and convenience with efficiency, safety and reliability.

And finally with Fleetrite PLUS, Iveco Dealers have direct access to specialist parts and accessories such as consumables, chemicals, workshop tools and clothing to enable them to better service the needs of our customers.

Q: Do Iveco supply only parts for the Iveco range of vehicles?

No – through our partnership with Magneti Marelli, there is also the All Makes range of replacement parts for the most popular light commercial vehicles. Models such as the Ford Transit, Mercedes Sprinter, Vauxhall Movano, Peugeot Boxer and Renault Trafic are all covered by the All Makes range available throughout the Iveco Dealer network. In effect, our network is the One Stop Shop providing customers with greater flexibility and efficiency.

Q: you talked earlier about a 2 year warranty for parts fitted in an Iveco authorised workshop. Do you have any further details?

Yes indeed – Iveco All in One provides customers with a fitted price covering the replacement parts and labour costs for an extensive range of service and routine maintenance jobs. Within a matter of seconds, your Iveco Dealer can provide you with a detailed quotation tailored to your vehicle for the exact work required, at a clear, transparent price. And as you mentioned, all parts fitted in an authorised Iveco workshop carry a two year unlimited mileage warranty*. Iveco All in One is a brand new service currently covering the Daily range of vehicles, but it will be extended to the EuroCargo and Stralis ranges in the near future.

Q: How can I get the part I want, when I need it?

Our entire Parts and Service operation is supported by 8 parts warehouses throughout Europe which function as an enormous single storage facility. Handling no less than 350,000 original parts and fulfilling 7.5 million orders per year, with 98.8% of urgent orders delivered within 24 hours of order confirmation. Our transport and distribution process operates at a global level, focused on minimising vehicle downtime for every emergency situation and getting back to work as quickly as possible.

Q: And finally, the product portfolio sounds very impressive, what about pricing and the costs to my business?
