We offer a package which includes “Leasing Only”, in which the Owner will maintain the management of the property.

Our most popular service is the complete Leasing and Monthly Management. As the Owner, there are no worries – we will manage your home like we own it ourselves!

FAMILY homes only. We specialize in upscale homes which rent between $1500.00 and $5000.00 per month.

The standard Lease Agreement is 12 months.

What is Next ?

We will visit the property to review with you and discuss the proposed rental price.

A Management Agreement is prepared for your signature.

Your property is added to our available inventory and advertising outlets. A sign is placed at the property.

A renter is found and a Lease Agreement is signed with Property Consultants. Your proceeds are transferred to you!
