About the program

Objectives

This training aims to develop participants' knowledge and understanding to implement and audit quality management systems (QMS), applicable to the general industry, as per requirements of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 29001:2010 and API Q1:2013 standards, based on concepts of process management, risk management and continual improvement. The training focuses on developing skills required to effectively perform external audits of contractors and vendors management systems, in addition to internal audits, in accordance with auditing best practice provided in ISO 19011:2011. This training is certified by the International Register of Certificated Auditors (IRCA).

Targeted audiencesThis training is targeted at professionals who are involved in contractor/vendor management, project quality management, management systems implementation, HSE and assurance management, asset management and those who are responsible for conducting organisational internal audits and external audits of contractors and vendors.

Assessment

This training will be assessed through two approaches:

1. Continuous assessment which covers attendance, engagement, participation and presentation

2. Written examination at the end of the course: Every participant needs to pass the continuous assessment before they are allowed to sit the written examination

Participants who pass both assessments will get a certificate of “successful completion”.

Participants who only pass the continuous assessment will get a “certificate of attendance”. They will also have the chance to resit the examination within a maximum of 12 months following the course attendance in order to receive the certificate of “successful completion”.

Post-training services

Consultancy and practical auditing training services can be provided for an extra fee for participants who successfully complete it the training.

Certification

Based on the results of the assessments, participants will receive the “Certificate of attendance” or “Certificate of successful completion” from Integrated Management System Associates (IMSA) Limited.
