POWER MEDICAL RECLINER

The Power Medical Recliner comes with a handy remote control

patients can use to select the position most comfortable to them.

• With minimal physical effort, patients can change recline positions,

to any point from full upright to full recline, for optimal comfort.

• Power function reduces staff assistance, thereby increasing

operational efficiency.

• The unit is available with a manual release for the Trendelenburg

position which includes safety features for protecting your patients.

• Battery back-up option keeps the recliner fully functioning during

transport or short-term power outages.

INTEGRATED PATIENT SCALE

As an added option to our Standard Medical Recliners,

the Integrated Patient Scale allows staff to continuously

monitor patient weight change throughout treatment.

• The integrated scale reduces the potential of patient

falls and caregiver injuries that can occur when

patients are being moved to a remote scale during

treatment.

• Caregivers can continuously monitor and record

patient weight change during treatment, for improved

accuracy and efficiency.

• The integrated scale is available with all our caster-

supported Medical Recliners. Your existing

Champion recliners can be efficiently retrofitted

with the integrated scale.

PATIENT WARMING SYSTEM

The Patient Warming System provides gentle heat

sources in both the recliner seat and seat back of

any caster-supported Champion Medical Recliner.

• Patients are kept comfortable by maintaining a

selected temperature of 95º, 100º or 105º F

(+/- 2ºF). These presets help keep patients

comfortable while safeguarding against

overheating.

• Table-top switch is easily controlled by the

patient or caregiver. This gives some patients

needed control over their immediate

environment while helping caregivers to be

more efficient.

• The automatic one-hour shutoff is a safety-minded

feature, helping protect

patients against accidental

overheating and facilities

from unnecessary cost

when recliner is not

being used.

Nocturnal pad provides a comfortable, flat

surface, enabling you to use the same recliner

for daytime treatment and overnight sleeping.

• It’s designed to fit any of

our Medical Recliners.

can be easily disinfected.

• Nocturnal pads are simple to install and store.

• Colors coordinate with recliners.

Adjustable head/lumbar support pillow serves

as a comfortable headrest when positioned

placed mid-back.

Cushion wedge narrows the Medical Recliner

seat by four inches, helping to reduce arm

fatigue and improve overall patient comfort.

ADDED CONvENIENCE

Over-the-lap tray makes it easier and more convenient

for patients to enjoy any number of activities including

reading, games, meals and snacks. It’s simple to put in place,

remove and transfer to another recliner.

Swing-away table rotates a full 360 degrees and remains

attached to the chair. This makes it easy and convenient for

patients to enjoy any number of activities during treatment.

It also assists caregivers in administering treatment.

Iv poles are available in two-hook or four-hook versions.

Easily mounted to the recliner and simple to use, the

brackets simplify management of infusion therapy and assist

in saving floor space. A rolling base Iv pole is also available.

Breakaway (removable) arm makes it easier to transfer

patients to and from a wheelchair or bed. It also gives

caregivers easier access to patients during treatment.

Arm covers decrease wear and tear on the recliner arms,

making cleaning easier while increasing the life of the fabric.

They’re fitted tightly over the arm, providing improved

infection control.

Oxygen tank holder can be mounted for increased safety

and convenience.
