Set achievable and challenging goals, and work hard to achieve those goals. Take ownership, responsibility, and do not blame others or situations. Always be positive, focused, self motivated, self disciplined , and clear in communications. 2. Shameless – Overcome failures and refusals easily. Never feel defeated. Do not presume that customer will say “no” prior to meeting. Treat customer like a beautiful girl or handsome boy to propose without any hesitation. 3. Selfish – Live with single motto in life “WIN”. Do not do charity for competitors in business or profession (even friends or relatives). Never leave the race for competitors to win. 4. Greedy – Always want the “whole dish”, never think of leaving “part” for competitor. Always act like a hunter for “big fish”. Do regular follow-up. 5. Empathy – Feel what customer feels, and make customer feel respected. Gain trust and establish rapport with customer. Be on customer’s side, understand customer’s concerns, understand customer’s psychology, ask quality questions to customers. Be a good listener. Get customer talking and giving more and more useful information. Always keep in touch with your clients. Show Value for money customer is spending. Be a friendly consultant of customer.
