    Performance

    Fatigue testing results for 2.000 outer diameter (O.D.) QT-1300: The average number offatigue cycles to failure is plotted against wall thickness and internal pressure.

    Extensive atigue testing has been completed and incorporated into third party atigue modeling such as Cerberus and Flexor,

    as well as proprietary service company models.

    Head-to-head fatigue testing of QT-1300 vs QT-1000. Note that QT-1300 has a higher averagefatigue life than QT-1000 at all pressures.

    Maximum Hardness: 39 HRC

    Chemistry

    QT-1300 is made o high strength low alloy (HSLA)steel similar in composition to other QT grades withincreased amounts o solid solution elements and omicro-alloy strengthening elements.

    Compatibility

    To ensure unctionality, QT-1300 has been tested orcompatibility with typical coiled tubing equipmentsuch as injectors, connectors or downhole tools, andblow out preventers (BOP shear and slip testing).

    Success

    QT-1300 has been successully utilized by development partners both onshore and offshore in high pressure, hightemperature (HPHT) wells and or extended reach applications - offshore, in the Gul o Mexico and North Sea, andonshore, in the Bakken, Marcellus and US shales.

    The longest string of QT-1300 manufactured to date is over 35,000 continuous feet in length.

    Previous Practice:

    Additional 1,500 eet o wellbore is drilled in preparationor the perorating sequence. Guns are lowered viatubing and ired. Previous grades o tubing werenot strong enough to pull the guns out so they werereleased.

    The Solution:

    QT-1300 provides the additional axial load capacity toretrieve the guns afer iring, eliminating the need oradditional wellbore, saving time and expenses.

    In the North Sea, we partnered with a customer to provide a coiled tubing solution to deploy, activate andretrieve perorating guns afer iring them downhole.
