Through our Filtration and Fluid Treatment Division, we provide Sugar Decolorizing solutions for the Food and Beverage Industries which include adsorbants for the liquid sugar and water treatment, filter aids, filter media and cartridges, pumps, meters and all other related equipment related to the Sugar and Water treatment processes.We have the knowledge, experience and lab equipment to test products replicating plant conditions predicting actual results.

The family of Ecosorb products includes a range of cost-effective products that remove a broad range of organic and inorganic contaminants quickly and efficiently employing a variety of user-friendly processing techniques.

ECOSORB S series (Food Grade) products are used in the purification of sugar liquors. Unlike powdered activated carbon (PAC), ECOSORB products are dust-free, have substantially higher adsorption capacity and can be used in either batch or precoat operations. On a dry weight basis ECOSORB products remove 310x more color with similar gains in volume processed per filter cycle. For sugar polishing operations designed to operate with PAC substituting ECOSORB products provides a substantial increase in capacity and offers a buffer during periods of high color and turbidity.
