INDEPENDENTREPRESENTATIVE(IR)

A person who has enrolled to builda business organisation by sellingproducts and referring others.

ENROL

To register as an IR inthe QNET business witha one-year IRship Package.

ACTIVATED IR

A Qualified IR who has achievedand allocated a minimum of 500qualifying BV on each side of anyof his/her Tracking Centres (TCs)through Personal Sponsorship.

ACTIVE IR

Any IR who achieves the minimumMonthly RSP Maintenancerequirement for the IR’s currentRank from his/her Retail Sale orpurchases of products for personalconsumption from the QNET eStore.

REFERRER

An IR who refers Retail Customersor Prospects by helping them tobecome IRs of QNET.

REPEAT SALESPOINTS (RSP)

Repeat Sales Points or RSP are pointsassigned to each QNET product thatan Active IR earns from the maximumof 10 Pay Levels in the RSP Plan.

REPEAT SALESCOMMISSION

Means commissions derived fromaccumulated Repeat Sales Points.

QUALIFIED IR

An IR who has at least oneTracking Centre (TC) with the minimumqualifying 500 BV from a Retail Saleor product purchase for personalconsumption.

MAIN PLAN

Refers to the Compensation Plan from which an IRcan earn commissions/bonuses based on theachieved Group Business Volume on any LowerVolume Leg. In the Main Plan, an IR can earnRetail Profit and Step Commissions based onhis/her Compensation Level.

RSP PLAN

Refers to the Compensation Planfrom which the active IR earnsRepeat Sales Commissions. In theRSP Plan, an IR can earn Retail Profitand Repeat Sales Commissionderived from the RSP earned froma maximum of 10 Pay Levels,including his/her Retail Sales orPersonal Purchases and the RepeatSales to downlines up to nine levelsbelow within his/her network or lineor referralship.

RETAILCUSTOMER

Someone who purchases productsfrom QNET but does not enrolas an IR.

BUSINESSVOLUME (BV)

The point value of a product usedto qualify Tracking Centres (TCs)and calculate Step Commissions.

GROUP REPEATSALES POINTS(GROUP RSP)

RSP that an IR earns from the RepeatSales and Personal Purchases madeby his/her downlines within his/hernetwork or line of referralship.

eVOUCHERPOINTS (EP)

Points earned at every Step 6 of any givenCommission Cycle, redeemable forproducts in the QNET Redemption eStore.

GROUP BUSINESSVOLUME (GBV)

The total BV accumulated fromthe IR’s downline group.

Earn RSP points from your Retail Sales, Personal Purchases of QNET products or Repeat Sales to downlines within your network
