We are excited this week to talk about QMobile and give a high‐level walkthrough of its features.  This product was created specifically to help practices have the information of the EMR in the palm of their hand.

WHAT IS QMOBILE?

Mobility Efficiency

QMobile is an additional tool to support providers and practices in the TRIARQ family.  It is NOT a replacement for QSuite – some of the data is only viewable and cannot be changed or edited.  The purpose of Qmobile is to give …

CUSTOMIZED FOR PHYSICIANS

Before we dive into the great features of the app, I just wanted to point out a couple ways that the app is customizable. 

What physicians most need is seen right when you open the app.  On the bottom toolbar –which remains the same no matter what screen you’re on:• Clicking Home brings up a searchable Patient List• Clicking Calendar brings up Your Appointments for the day• And lastly Clicking Activity allows you to View Your Tasks as well as view any Pending 

Refills that you need to sign off on and you can do it from your phone

CUSTOMIZE SETTINGS AND VIEW

Customize Settings and Customize Your View – Qmobile has FACE ID along with TOUCH ID capability and you can decide whether you want to use either of those or not.  You can also customize how many minutes until your session times out. This is a great security feature.

You can also customize which tabs are shown and in what order they are shown, simply by holding while pressing on a topic.

<CLICK>The X means the tab is currently visible and you just click X to remove it from the toolbar. The Plus sign means this isn’t currently shown in your tabs and can be added by clicking plus.  You can also drag and move them into the order that works best for you!

EVERYONE CAN VIEW

But this app isn’t just for Physicians – everyone who downloads the app will have easy access to view the practice’s patient data, tasks and appointments, and messages.• You can review a message• Then check the Patient’s history before you walk in a room• View AND acknowledge the results of their Labs• And when you’re looking to prescribe you can quickly bring up the Medication History

VIEWING & ADDING TASKS1 2 3

Let’s talk about Tasks for a minute.  Just clicking on the Tasks tab will list all the Tasks related to that patient. Viewing Lab Results is as easy as 1, 2, 3.

Clicking on the Lab Results task will allow you to see if there is a Lab Report and with one click see the Lab Results in that report. 

If the Task shows a document has been received, you can also view the document following this process but instead of “Lab Report” you will see a button that says “Show Doc.”

YOU CAN VIEW & MANAGE: APPOINTMENTS

Physicians will have their schedule in the palm of their hand as well as the ability to see when the patient has their next appointment scheduled. 

You can also access the patient record right from the Calendar simply by clicking the Patient Name.

“SCANNING” DOCUMENTS

Let’s get into 3 important features that are unique to Qmobile and can help make your day‐to‐day run smoother and easier.

First – Qmobile gives you the ability to scan documents right on your phone using your Camera and they will upload into the EMR.  No need to use a scanner, just a simple photo and click Use Photo and Save.

DICTATE

Next – Dictation. We’re really excited about this feature, especially for our physicians.  You can dictate in Exams. After you click on the Exams tab you’ll see a list of the patient’s Exams.  The little microphone icon indicates that you can dictate. Cool thing – when you see this microphone filled in, it means there is already a dictation attached to the Exam and you can listen to it. 

<CLICK>After you click the Arrow you will see the Exam Note and can click the Microphone button at the bottom to start recording.

<CLICK> This incredibly cool screen will pop up, just start talking and click Save when you’re done.  What you dictate in the app will be available as text in the EMR – after you refresh the liquid links for that exam

**We are currently working on a feature that allows you to dictate into your phone and then insert that into a patient record in the location of your choice: Messages, Exam Notes, etc.  SO Cool!

CALLING WITH ONE CLICK

The last feature to show you today is how easy it is to Call with one click.  You can call a Pharmacy or a Patient just by clicking on their number.

You’ll see this pop up box and can just click Call to reach out.  Again, making the small day‐to‐day tasks easier can lead to a lot of increased efficiency overall.

COMING THIS WEEKEND: ACKNOWLEDGE LABS

What’s coming soon?  We saw how to access patient records from the Calendar – that launches this weekend. And we wanted to show you a few other impactful things being rolled out this weekend as well!

We talked about this briefly at the beginning of the webinar but let’s dig into this feature more – You can acknowledge a Lab Result from the Task details screen.  Click Acknowledgement and this window will open where you can enter any Internal Comments or Notes to the Patient.

COMING THIS WEEKEND: NURSE NOTES

• Nurse Notes will be available to view – this is especially important for OB as this is where the Antepartum Record is stored and can be viewed in the hospital prior to delivery.

GETTING STARTED

Once Incident sets you up in the system, you can download the App from the App Store –this is what it will look like.  And this will be the log in page – and remember that you can set up Face or Touch ID so you only need to enter data on this screen once.
