Guidelines for filling out One Point Lessons

. In a WCM company, improvement ideas are generated by all employees. One Point Lessons are a method of communicating simple improvement ideas to everyone. They should be 75% pictures and only 25% words. It should take no more then 3 minutes to teach a one point lesson.
