I’m Responsible for (Job description):

All physical tests preparation, Make all I.P.C samples (Solids - Semi solids - Soft Gelatin - Liquids & Syrup - Veterinary - Ointments & Cream

Analyze of all finished products Preparation of all Volumetric Solution and Reagents. HPLC with auto sampler, Manual injector and U.V Ultraviolet detector. FTIR (Fourier Transformer Infrared apparatus) and all physical tests, preparation of full

stability study. Follow-up the daily Schedule of product filling to choose needed samples. Sampling of product from production area and bring them to the on-going stability lab. Registration of tested product in plan notebook during its shelf life and extension of 1 year

time. Analyze product according to monthly plan using SOP method and record the result in

personal exercise notebook. Delivery of analysis request to microbiology lab if required and follow up the results. Write the Certificate of analysis for the analyzed products and follow-up the results. Responsible for analytical testing of incoming raw material by SOPs with Documentation Responsible for analytical testing for in-process and Finished Product by standard analytical

control procedure with documentation. Responsible to prepare required reagent, volumetric solution etc., related with analytical

testing of incoming raw material in-process and finished product and check usually its expiry. Responsible to prepare requisition of reagents, solvents & chemicals related with testing of

incoming raw material, intermediate and finished products and required glass wares. Responsible for the development and modification of the Analytical control procedure

(including HPLC) of starting material, intermediate and finished product assigned by the Quality Control manager.

Responsible to perform long term stability studies and accelerated stability studies of both raw material and finished product according to the established procedure.

Responsible to maintain the Quality control records of reprocessing and recall products. Responsible for self -inspection of manufacturing area, Inventory control department and

Factory premises as assigned. Responsible for analytical testing of water for injection and purified water with documentation.
