Coordinate all QA/QC activities with the QA manager • Implement, maintain and verify Quality System at job site as per Company quality procedure and Project Quality Plan • Preparation of the company’s QA manual / Project Quality Plan, control and supervision of all amendments and revisions • Monitor all quality related activities on the project site • Perform all internal and external audits on behalf of the company’s management • Review contractor quality requirements and specify to vendors/contractors • Coordinate contractor documentation submittals • Incoming material inspection, review of certification documents and prepare inspection reports • Coordinate all project requirements with the project managers • Attend client quality management meetings • Prepare and control project quality system management documentation prior to project commencement • Review quality inspection qualifications and training requirements • Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system. Recommend and implement improvements when required. • Coordinate all quality related correspondence with the customers’ representatives • Monitor statistical method reporting • Action and close all customer complaints
