What kind of media institution might distribute my media product and why?

Page 2: Q3

Challenging Conventions 1. Our product develops and challenges conventions of real media because we follow the stereotypical view of teenagers. For example we used characters that represent what teenagers in gangs look like and try and find a way in which the teenager isn't doing anything.

2. In the opening sequence media represents particular social groups because we follow along the lines of social stereotype teenagers that are in gangs and commit crimes. We made sure that the teenager was falsely accused and then still persecuted for it.

3. The kind of media institution that might distribute our media product is film festivals such as Cambridge film trust this company would distribute our product because it wouldn’t cost them much to produce it for public eye. This would be a good idea for us because a lot of people would see it and be able to tell others about it.
