Signet Team Member Relief Fund* Frequently Asked Questions The Signet Team Member Relief Fund* is available to team members of Signet who have encountered a financial or other hardship for reasons beyond their control. Current Signet team members are eligible to apply. What is the Signet Team Member Relief Fund? Signet Team Member Relief Fund (“the fund”) is a project of the Signet Disaster Relief Fund, Inc. which is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. The fund provides assistance, typically in the form of grants, to eligible Signet employees who have encountered a financial or other hardship for reasons beyond their control, and/or to provide temporary relief to meet the necessities of life of persons who are needy and distressed on account of a disaster. How can I apply for assistance? You can complete the Signet Team Member Relief Fund application located on the Team Members Resources page at: https://www.signetjewelers.com/TeamMemberResources/default.aspx Who is eligible to receive assistance and how are grants decided? Employees of Signet who have encountered a financial or other hardship for reasons beyond their control are eligible to apply for assistance. Eligible assistance does not include payments for 1) expenses that are covered by insurance or other third-party reimbursements, 2) lost wages, 3) lost business income, or 4) unemployment compensation. Monthly bills and debts, unless directly related to a Triggering Event are not eligible reasons for employee assistance. How are applications reviewed? For privacy purposes, grant applications are reviewed by the Officers of the Selection Committee using the fund's grant-making qualifications and pursuant to IRS regulations. All decisions made by the Selection Committee are final. What is the amount of grants awarded? To ensure sustainability of the fund, approved grants are typically awarded in amounts of $250, $500 and $1,000. How can I donate to the Signet Team Member Relief Fund?
