P ersonnel were burning excess artillery propellant bags.There was a HMMWV parked about 9 ft from the burn site.The heat from the fire induced a low-order detonation of a

155 mm ³HE´ round that was in the vehicle.

 ± In USA every states has different rules andlaws for fireworks. Some states or county's

only permits fireworks on private property

outside of city limits. Other states do not

allowed fireworks at all.
