Little House Fitness Programs Membership Information
As we continue to shelter in place, PVI is committed now more than ever to
offering you ways to stay engaged and healthy during this time. Through our vir-
tual platform, we are able to provide you with an engaging experience so you
can stay active both physically and socially,
Join our virtual fitness program today! For $85 per month, not only do you get to
see your Little House friends from the comfort of your home, but you can enjoy
unlimited ongoing group fitness classes per month. Miss a class? No worries! If
you have a Premium membership, you will soon be able to download the class
and participate at your own convenience via an online course library.

and one of our guest services associates will happily assist you.

Tai chi is proven to improve balance and has the potential to restore the
physical functioning of our bodies. Tai chi done regularly is a great way
to improve one’s posture and balance. The movements taught are easy
to learn and a joy to practice.

Explore ways to instantly improve your
mobility, balance, coordination, focus, and
reaction time. This class teaches movement
based on the key Pilates principles of

Fun and upbeat Latin dance-inspired music
taught at a lower intensity. Ideal for
beginners or anyone needing modifications

virtual walk that includes, marching, walking
in place, and light stretching to activate your
neuromuscular system. Small equipment
such as lightweight dumbbells and towels

Drive -Through Blood
Pressure Screenings

Free, by Appointment
Free monthly blood pressure screenings are provided by Sequoia Healthcare
District nurse Suzanne Lim. Screenings will be administered via safe drive-
through on the second Tuesday of each month.
To schedule your free blood pressure screening call us at 650-272-5008 or
email [email protected]. 24-hour advance reservation is required. If you
are unable to make your appointment, a cancellation call or email is preferred.
Please follow these safety guidelines when arriving for your screening:
Screenings are free and open to the public.
Screening will be administered from your vehicle while you stay seated in
your car.
When arriving at the PVI parking lot, pull up to the designated spot.
Remain in your car.
When it is your turn, have your arm ready out the car window.
Masks are required. If you do not have a mask, we will not be able to
administer your screening.

Getting a ride is as easy as 1-2-3!

Registration only takes a few
minutes and will require a credit
card on file.
2. Once registered, on the day you need a ride,
simply call our hotline at 650-272-5040. One
of our Lyft concierge will assist you with
getting a driver.
3. Your driver will show up and take you to your
destination. When you need a return ride,
simply call us back and request a return ride.
No need to pay the driver. Your account will be
automatically charged for each trip.

Rosener House @ Home program,
participants have an opportunity to
continue to maintain their social
interactions with their favorite activity
staff and connect with others from the
comfort of their homes.
Join us for Bingo, trivia, music therapy,
word games, reminiscing and virtual
travel facilitated by our trained, caring
staff and volunteers. Activity packets are distributed twice monthly through no-
contact delivery for individuals enrolled in the program.

PVI Meals on Wheels home delivered meal service has been operating
continuously during COVID. Our staff and drivers are following precautions to
safely deliver meals to our clients.
We deliver meals to residents of San Mateo County (excluding Coastside and
Pacifica) who meet the following criteria:
• Over the age of 60
• Predominantly homebound
• Unable to shop or cook due to medical condition
• Lack of consistent caregiver assistance with daily tasks
For those who do not qualify for the program, we also offer a Private Pay option.
