Skipper PVC Pipes conform to these standards:ASTM: D-1785 [Schedule 40, 80]
IS 13592, IS 14735, IS 4985, IS 10124,IS 12818 with latest amendments.
Testing of Finished Products At Skipper every single product batch is tested a final
time prior to loading and dispatch to the market. Various inspecting authorities inspect the lot prior to issue of appropriate Test Certificates. Samples are also tested
at different Government Laboratories.

We manufacture PVC pipes using state-of-the-art extrusion
machines and with processes that ensure high quality, long
lasting, high strength pipes. The ingredients and additives used
are procured using stringent quality control. The solid wall PVC
pipes are formed in a single manufacturing step. The pipes are
extruded and tested to meet industry standards for durability and
the ability to withstand pressure.
We also manufacture steel pipes and tubes, hot-rolled steel coils,
swaged, octagonal & high-mast poles and scaffolding systems. In
addition hot rolled sections are manufactured for our integrated

Casing Medium (CM) pipes are suitable for wells with depths above 80 metres
and upto 250 metres. Casing Shallow (CS) pipes are suitable for wells with
depths upto 80 metres. These pipes offer various advantages over other

Skipper Bansal brand PVC Ribbed Stainer Pipes are available in 1.8, 2 and 3
metre lengths. These pipes are used for filtration of groundwater and are
installed at that depth of the boring pipeline where clean water is available.
The fine gaps in these pipes work as a filter, hence they are also called filter
pipes. They allow water to get in while restricting the dirt outside. The water
passing through these pipes are ultimately pumped out for use.

The Skipper Bansal brandUPVC Column Pipes for submersible pumpsBoring with submersible pumps require column pipes, through which the pumps pass
through, to go down to the water level. As the submersible pumps are pushed down and
pulled upwards, water moves into the column pipes and pushed outside at the surface
respectively.
Skipper Column Pipes are made to fit in extra depths and sustain the load deep under.
These pipes are used for transmission of water from the submersible pump towards the
desired source. The product specifications are given in the following table:
• SILVER-upto a depth of 250 ft. • GOLD-upto a depth of 350 ft.• DIAMOND-upto a depth of 600 ft. • SUPER HEAVY-upto a depth of 900 ft.as per sizes mentioned below:
