Shown here are all the panels to build our home.Enercept S.I.P. panels are manufactured indoors in a controlled environment.

Level & Square footings are critical to the Enercept System

Panels being unloaded

Enercept panels are delivered directly to the job site.Panels are easily unloaded one by one with the help of a couple friends.

Sill plate attached to sub floor

The floor system must be LEVEL and SQUARE.Outside dimension of sill plate must be 1” less than overall exterior dimension of structure.

The walls go up

All Enercept panels are numbered in the order of their installation.A ¼” bead of approved sealant must be applied before setting panels.

Enercept Window panels

Window rough openings will consist of a lower panel and upper lintel.Caulk upper portions of two adjoining panels.

Slide upper panel into place

Slide panel down into position.Push outside panel tightly against lower and upper panels.Nail into position.

Enercept gabled wall panels

Mark centerline of beams and windows prior to installation as per panel layout.Start with center panels, setting panels from the center to outside.
