For example – a highly integrated dual LCD cellular phone module offers OEMs a fully integrated display package. Optrex is further addressing its customers’ demands for slim and small footprint devices through development of Super Thin LCDs using 0.2mm glass.

PerformanceOptrex handheld displays are known for enhanced image quality and excellent readability by optimizing color filtering and liquid crystal modes.

Transflective displays allow readability to be optimized for a variety of lighting environments, including in-vehicle, as well as bright sunlight. Optrex’ Wide View Technology improves the viewing angle by as much as 20˚ (vs. conventional wide view displays) while Optrex’ Overdrive technology provides increased video display response times for smoother images. A special backlight scanning method provides superb, natural 3D images without loss of resolution.
