• Gedifra Tecno Hair (100% Nylon/50 g (1.75 oz)/90 m (100 yds): #9606 purple - 1 ball (LP2)

• GGH Esprit (100% Polyamid/50 g (1.75 oz)/80 m (88 yds)): #21 dark purple - 1 ball (DP)

• Crystal Palace Yarns Bunny Hop (50% Micro acrylic, 42 Micro nylon, 8% Rabbit angora/50 g (1.75 oz)/113 yd (104 m)): #0213 black - 1 skein (CB)

CROCHET HOOKone pair size 6(US #10) knitting needles

NOTIONS • tape measure

GAUGE 10 sts x 16 rows = 4” in Garter st

Gauge is not critical for this design.

SPECIAL STITCHES

Garter st: knit on RS and WS.

Lace pattRows 1, 2, 5 & 6: knit across.

Row 3: [k1, yo] across.

Row 4: [slide off from needle yo, p1] across.

Inc Row: k1, kf&b, knit across.

Dec Row: knit across to last 3 sts, k2tog, k1.

SCARF• With LP1 and LP2 held together, loosely CO 165 sts

and knit across 1st row. Working in Garter st, inc for shaping scarf edges at beg of next 15 rows, one st = 180 sts. Switch color to CB.

Rows 17-22: Work in lace patt.

• Switch color to DP and working in Garter st, dec for shaping scarf edges at end of next 15 rows, one st = 165 sts. BO all sts.

F I N I S H I N G• With CB make 2 tassels approx 5” long and attach

them to the center of scarf edges.

Weave in ends.
