Our reach extends to customers in more than 40 countries around the world. With headquarters in Australia, pureprofile employs over 75 people in Sydney, Mumbai, New York, San Francisco and London. Our business also leverages the talents of hundreds of thousands of Account Holders who participate in the pureprofile Service.

Simply speaking, there are a number of key things that pureprofile does that makes us different from the rest of industry:

Why we’re different

We work in pairs

• Every client at pureprofile is partnered with a delivery team of at least two employees from the beginning of the project. This means that your project is covered and everyday there will be someone available to action your requests who knows what’s going on.

We cover your project 24/7 (really!)

• We’ve all got iPhones and laptops and don’t knock off at 5pm on a Friday. We’re a growing business - and we continue to grow because we know you have clients too.

We have highly advanced filters on panel participation

• Survey junkies exist and clients want particular activity criteria applied to their sample. When we built our technology we kept this in mind and can quickly apply your custom filters as well as having key filters on every day.

We have a delivery system that’s not built using excel• We like excel, but don’t think one should be using it for

building panels or response groups for projects. We have 10 years of technology experience and have put this towards building the most efficient delivery system in the world.

We pay respondents the highest rewards globally

• pureprofile Account Holders are rewarded at least twice as much for participating than our competitors. We recognise that its the respondents that make online research possible and we reward them fairly for their time.

Global panels

We’re growing fast

With rewards that are 2-10x higher and an emphasis on clear site design, we’re getting more new pureprofile Account Holders than ever before. That’s why we’ve included our new international panels based on 6 months of new acquisition data. We’re also investing in growing all panels through referrals, online and offline advertising.

Founded in 2010, purepanels is an innovative division of pureprofile leading the way in Account Holder acquisition and retention for the Market Research Industry. Through purepanels advanced recruiting methodology and partnerships with various leading online content providers, purepanels enables pureprofile to access hundreds of millions of consumers. These consumers are then invited into the pureprofile service, providing Market Researchers with the deepest profiling available and even higher standards of data quality.

Smart solutions for better data

pureprofile tracks every profile answer provided by an Account Holder. Answers that do not meet quality standards (above example), are programmatically identified 24x7. Account Holders exhibiting these characteristics are automatically placed in quarantine, so are never part of your sample group.

Account Holder Engagement

For 10 years pureprofile has invested in the idea that your personal profile is valuable. Investing millions each year, we deliver interesting campaigns, information, updates and amenity to our members to increase participation. With new mobile, Facebook, twitter and GPS capabilities we’re further investing in making pureprofile a great place to go, for more than just questionnaires, because at the end of the day, how long would you choose to participate in a site that only spoke to you every 60 days?

Serious Technology

Did you know that over 70% of pureprofile staff are software engineers?

With so much data becoming available and consumers becoming more deeply linked than ever before we’ve decided to invest in technology to give better experiences to our Account Holders, rather than just burning them out after a few surveys. Higher levels of engagement plus simple solutions (see below) allow us to give you the best sample quality in the world.
