• The EDC approached three leading companies in the market for proposals for installing solar panels on roofs of private houses

• Attractive and green financial investment for residents of Efrat, Gush Etzion, Judea and Samaria.

• The EDC requested an outside evaluation that was conducted by Dr. Dan Weinstock, an expert in solar electricity systems

• As a result of the evaluation, the EDC recommends Sun Electra in cooperation with Golan Solar for installing solar electricity systems

• Dr. Weinstock examined, compared and rated three companies which offer solar electricity systems

The cost for the services of the office of ERM Lawyers is 300 shekels including v.a.t

Your contract with the installation company has been worded by the ERM Lawyers' Officewhich specializes in the area of solar energy and will safeguard the interests of the members of the group with the help of a binding schedule, wide responsibility, especially comfortable payment terms and the possibility for outside supervision on the installation of the system.

Guarantee• For installment of the system – 10 years• For 90% output – 10 years• For 85% output – 18 years• For 80% output – 25 years • Guarantee for Trina Panel – 10 years,

For Sharp Panel – 5 years• Guarantee for German Converter– 5 years, Solarage

Converter – 12 years

Loan Terms offered by Mizrahi Tefahot to Residents of Efrat, Gush Eztion, Judea &Samaria to Purchase Solar Systems

• Interest rate: NIS Prime + 0.25%• Loan amount: 100% funding up to NIS 190,000• No personal guarantors required• Salary account not required• 50% reduction “opening” fee• “Grace” on loan for up to four months• Offered to clients of all the banks

Collateral required:• Charge over the solar system equipment registered with the relevant authority• Insurance policy on the equipment charged in favour of the Bank• Reciprocal assignment of rights approved by Israel Electric Company or Electricity Authority

The granting of the loan is at the sole discretion of the Bank, and the Bank retains the right to announce changes, including a decrease or ceasing of the loan with ten days prior notice.

DOES THE SYSTEM EMIT RADIATION?ACCORDING TO THE MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION: "There is no fear of danger to the public's health of non-ionized radiation being emitted from the photovoltaic installation for those who live in close range to it on condition that one installs the converter at a distance of at least 4 meters from the area where people reside on a permanent basis. The facility produces direct current electricity using light panels (modulars) that do not emit radiation at all.

The converters, that transfer the current directly to an alternative current, emit radiation on a very low level similar to the electricity that supplies the house and does not cause health damage. The Ministry of Environmental Protection approves the placement of facilities for power generation using photovoltaic technology on the roofs of existing or future buildings. The placement of photovoltaic cells on roofs is desirable and should be encouraged."
