Hi! I am using your broadband connection and my MDN No is 7498469494.

I purchased it some 2 months ago and I am deeply unsatisfied by the pathetic speed of your connection. I purchased it in borivali, Mumbai and using it in borivali location only.

You however claim that it provides speed upto 3.1 Mbps, I have never experienced speed of even 100 kbps. I have checked its speed on website speedtest.in and its average speed was never even 100 kbps. On this same laptop I am using dial up connection in my office and I was surprised to find that I can access my gmail, facebook and other accounts within seconds, whereas your reliance netconnect always takes more than 5 mins to open just login page of these sites. It takes more than 20 mins to download songs of 5mb size. Even after 11 or 12 in the night it maintains its poor speed. Signal strength always shows more than 90%, but its of no use. I have called on your customer care no., they advised me to change network type from broadband to hybrid but nothing has worked. And its got even worse in the last few days due to which I am unable to access any website. This prompted me to send this mail. I really feel that reliance netconnect is totally useless since for the last few days I was unable to open any website due to its slow speed.

Please resolve this issue at the earliest and if its going to remain the same then inform me I will withdraw this connection and use some other service provider’s net connection.
