1188.1 Correspondence of the Halifax Branch of the PublicArchives of Canada. - 1922-1931. - 23 cm. - The PublicArchives of Canada appointed W.C. Milner in 1912 as itsregional agent prior to the opening of offices in Halifaxand st. John. Milner was succeeded by J. D. Logan in1924, who resigned in 1927 and was replaced by Alvin F.Macdonald. Both offices were closed in 1931 and recordsbelonging to the government of Nova scotia were depositedwith the Public Archives of Nova scotia. - Sub-seriesconsists of administrative records, including referenceletters, correspondence relating to potential donationsand acquisitions.
