Library Board Interview: The Commission- ers met with Peggy Ervin and interviewed her for a position on the Library Board. Court- house Renovation Project: Greg Orr, Reliance Con- struction Consulting updated the Commissioners re- garding possible issues with renovation of the Courthouse and inquired how they want to proceed with alternate methods to avoid issues that could possibly arise. 4-H Building Reconstruction Project: Greg Orr, Reliance Construction Consulting updated the Commissioners regarding the progress of the 4-H Building renovation. Planning & Zoning: Plan- ner Clark presented nine building certificates for ap- proval from William & Christine Dawson, Walter & Tracey Fink, Marilyn Kay Pope, Kenneth and Debra Rex and five from Delton Tinsley. Executive Ses- sion: At 10:18 AM, Mr. Shockley motioned, second- ed by Mr. Jolovich, to call for an executive session for matters concerning litigation pursuant to Wyo- ming State Statute §16-4-405(a)(iii). The motion carried. At 10:53 AM, Mr. Jolovich motioned, sec- onded by Mr. Shockley, to exit the executive session where no decisions were made. The motion carried. Maintenance Department: Jim DeWitt, Maintenance Superintendent, updated the Commissioners on his workshop, the tires on the Planner truck, and the clock in front of the Courthouse. Military Depart- ment Memorandum of Understanding: Mr. Shockley motioned, seconded by Mr. Jolovich, to approve an MOU between the Wyoming Military Department and Platte County for dispatch services and funding. The motion carried. The MOU would require Platte County to provide dispatching services to Camp Guernsey between October 1, 2020 and September 30, 2021. In return, the Wyoming Military Depart- ment would pay Platte County no more than $36,000 for those services. Department of Health Memorandum of Understanding: Mr. Shockley mo- tioned, seconded by Mr. Jolovich, to approve an MOU between the Wyoming Department of Health and Platte County for COVID-19 funding. The mo- tion carried. The MOU would provide Platte County with $100,000 for COVID-19 response in the event the CDC declares a public health emergency related to COVID-19. Guardian ad Litem Memorandum of Understanding: Mr. Shockley motioned, seconded by Mr. Jolovich, to approve an MOU between the Wyoming Guardian ad Litem office and Platte County to be effective from July 1, 2020 and June 30, 2022. The motion carried. The MOU would re- quire that Platte County reimburse the program 25% of fees paid to GALs. Encroachment Licenses: County Clerk Ervin presented two encroachment li- censes for approval from the Wheatland REA. There being no further business the meeting adjourned at approximately 11:27 A.M.
