Action Requested

Make a finding of consistency with the Comprehensive Plan (CP) and approve the substantial change to the Little Lake Bryan Planned Development / Land Use Plan (PD/LUP) dated “Received December 19, 2014”, subject to the recommended Development Review Committee (DRC) conditions listed in the Staff Report.
