EXPERTISE: Large IT system testing and training Mr. Burba, a senior technical analyst with PCG Technology Consulting (PCG TC), works on the ull liecycle o Independent Veri fcation and Validation (IV&V), ocusing on test and training. He has extensive experience working with large complex government projects as an IV&V technical analyst. Since joining PCG TC, Mr. Burba has provided technical support or a number o IV&V projects in a number o dierent states, including Caliornia, Colorado, Iowa, Mississippi, Massachusetts, and Nevada. The IV&V activities involved in these contracts include Requirements Traceability analysis, Risk Identifcation and Mitigation, Communications Management, Test Management, Training, and Project Transition and Closeout. Mr . Burba has been working in the inormation technology industry or more than 27 years. He has expertise in systems design, requirements traceability and analysis, object-oriented design and development, Independent Verifcation and Validation (IV&V) and Quality Assurance (QA) o large, complex, and multi-aceted systems and applications. EXPERIENCE Prior to joining PCG TC, Mr. Burba worked or SLI Global Solutions (ormerly Systest Labs LLC.) as Senior Project Manager and Chie Engineer. He supported numerous projects, including IV&V engagements or the State o Colorado Department o Labor and Employment (CDLE) Unemployment Insurance (UI) genesis and Department o Revenue Colorado Titling and Registration System (CSTARS). Additionally, Mr. Burba supported projects involving web- based testing, elections support through a Pennsylvania Voting Systems Quality Assurance Assessment, and provided intersystem test coordination or DSL services or QWEST communications. Mr. Burba was also employed by US West communications as an Outside Plant Facilities manager (OSPFM), providing test support or that project. Finally, Mr. Burba was employed by Lockheed Martin Astronautics as a senior sta engineer sotware developer or Atlas V, Titan Centaur Ground Systems, and the Magellan spacecrat programs. He also supported the Inertial Upper Stage (IUS) IV&V project as a member o the verifcation team. EDUCATION AND AFFILIATIONS Mr. Burba holds a Bachelor o Science degree in Computer Science rom Colorado State University and a Masters o Computer Inormation Systems rom Denver University. He is certifed by the American Sotware Test Qualifcations Board (ASTQB) as a CTFL, CTAL-TM, CTAL-TA, CTAL-TTA (Certifed Tester Advanced Level) and is involved as part o the ASTQB Technical Advisory Group (TAG).
