A. Creates a special regime in benefit of children of foreign parents who are non-residents, born in Dominican soil in the period comprising June 19th 1929 to April 18th 2007, registered in the Dominican Civil Registration Books.

B. Establishes a Registration of children born to foreign parents with illegal immigrant status, born in the Dominican Republic and not registered in the Civil Registration Book.

Conditions:

1- To have been born in Dominican soil prior to April 18th 20072- Submit one of the following:

Proof of birth in a public hospital or private medical center, which states the name of the mother, gender of the child and date of birth.

Act of notoriety signed by a notary public, and signed by seven witnesses, all of them working Dominicans who state the date and place of birth, as well the name of the child and names of the parents.

Sworn affidavit before notary public by the midwife who delivered the child, indicating the date and place of birth, as well as the name of the mother.

Affidavit by notary public of Dominican family members in first or second degree who possess Dominican Republic national documentation.
